I needed some resistance bands to add to my home gym equipment. I also needed some pull up assist bands and this product is perfect as both. The package was small and they are easily portable, allowing easy workouts on the go. I haven’t had them for long, but I’ve used them multiple times and they have great stretch and feel very durable. At first, they might be a little stiff but they will loosen up. They work well as pull up assist bands making my back and biceps workouts better. They also help with other workouts like legs, chest, triceps, and pretty much everything else. They are a great addition to any workout. I 100% recommend them, especially if u have a good pull up bar.

I’ve been working on increasing my pull-up reps which is so hard to do with a home gym. I really missed the assisted pull-up machine from the gym so I was looking for something that could provide a little assistance. I can do 4 pull-ups but once I max out there’s so way to keep going unless I do jumps and negative hangs. Not bad, but I want to keep working on the pull-ups. These band have been awesome. They’re thick so they feel stable and durable, easy to use, provide different levels of assistance based on the band color and size, and don’t pull my hair or dig into my skin. I like that I can use them for other exercises like rows and hamstring curls. Great addition to the home gym!

Received these a few weeks ago and have used them a few times so far. They were in great shape upon receipt, no tears or issues with them otherwise, although it will be a test to see how well the hold up over time. I'm not super strong or doing anything too crazy, so I don't expect any issues. They came with some sample movements, and a storage bag. What I like about them is how convenient they are, you can get a decent workout with some resistance without having a whole set of dumbbells or a home gym. They're also extremely portable, and would be great for travel. Great for "building out" your pandemic gym without spending a ton.

I purchased these bands to help with assisted harop curl exercises and they worked great. The bands were easy to wrap around for support so I could extend for the exercise. It could support my weight with ease, the bands feel very sturdy, and the chart of which pound resistance belonged to which band was very helpful in figuring things out. I would make sure to look at the chart to make sure that you are using the right band for the right exercise. 5 stars!

I liked these bands until the black one snapped and broke on me mid-pull up. It hit me in the face, and I could have gotten really hurt. I was shocked and very disappointed at the quality of this band when it broke like that after not being used too many times. I sent the seller a message about what happened, and they were immediately responsive. They sent me a whole new set of bands within just a few days. I greatly appreciated the way the seller fixed the problem so quickly and made it right. I am hopeful that the new black band won't break again so quickly.

The product is exactly what I wanted. I needed to have a variety of tensions depending on what I was working on. Some are clearly meant for men. I am strong but would have difficulty with them which means my husband can use the heavier bands and I can still get a great workout with the medium to light bands. I am very happy with this product. You can do so many exercises with it and work out all body parts.

We are avid gym goers, but now that we're all quarantined we needed a way to work out at home that would still be challenging. Though these bands aren't the same as our normal weight lifting, they have been great for modifying our normal workout. They are very durable and having the pack with different sizes allows for many different uses. We've been using these daily for several weeks now and they are working great. Super happy we chose this product.

These are very well-made. The different sizes and the different resistances, but the different colors really help you figure out whatthe different resistance levels are, and the carry bag is quite handy for storage. My husband Is the one that mainly uses these, but I actually like to use them also. He is a power lifter, and uses them heavily and for strength. I use them for my physical therapy stuff, they work great for both of us.
