I was trying to find an alternative whitening method without needing to do strips or go out of my way to do some office treatments either. I decided with this mouthwash. I really really really like it already. I don’t use this morning and night like I should but even so, when I use it just a few days, I can tell a subtle difference, it’s almost like a mind trick which I’m sure if you took daily pictures then it would be obvious but I’d rather not try to watch a pot of water boil, cause then the process would feel like it’s taking longer than expected. I’m sure if I used this mouthwash twice a day every day, I would see even more results. The taste is still refreshing though, no issues there and there’s no issues with the fluoride either as I know some are concerned with that, but I’ve had no problems at all. Definitely my go to wash now.

ACT mouthwash tastes very minty and fresh without being sickly sweet. It's a good balance.My wife doesn't prefer mouthwash with alcohol, so she doesn't especially like this but I don't mind alcohol in my mouthwash (gives it some punch! ha ha.)This product contains fluoride AND whitener. Some other mouthwashes make all sorts of other claims about what they do, but I just never like how they taste and I never feel like they do everything they claim they do.I have absolute faith in ACT whitening with fluoride. I trust my teeth and gums to it. As long as you're not sensitive to the ingredients you will not regret trying this mouthwash.Fluoride actually helps rebuild your damaged tooth enamel. So even if you have a history of neglecting your teeth a little bit this can actually reverse some of the damage! I used to get so many cavities. No longer! Oral health is PARAMOUNT!Take care of your teeth! They will help take care of you. And don't neglect your gums, either!I recommend ACT Flouride and Whitening, hands down.

Good for healthy teeth. Strong taste due to the whitening ingredients. The bottle isn't made with the fillable 5oz level for exact dosage, so you need to pour it into the bottle cap.

I have always had a problem with stain building up on my bottom front teeth. My dentist and I had ruled out all the possible causes and settled on the fact that some folks just have more stain buildup than others. I have tried multiple different mouthwashes in an attempt to reduce the stain. This one does an amazing job! My dentist and I can both tell a difference on my teeth. While it doesn't eliminate all the stain, it does a great job reducing it. My dentist and I are both extremely happy with this product. I use it once a day after I brush my teeth and floss. Excellent product!

Easy to use and it works to keep my teeth white and healthy

i REALLY wanted to like. i havent used it steadily, but i do think it has whitening properties.it doesnt really come off your teeth when you spit it out. you have to rinse again with water, or use another mouthwash after. it also does taste very strong.i use it once in a while, and mouthwash after, but it honestly becomes a hassle.

Leaves my mouth feeling super fresh and clean. Only con is I feel it doesn’t last very long. The bottle is pretty small, so I have to reorder frequently. But the product is great and effective
