This bag is amazing! It is high quality and absolutely widens the range of your home training and I highly recommend you to buy a much lighter one if you want to do spin training because the bag is much heavier than you think. I definitely recommend you to have! Viva Bulgaria!

I was missing exactly those rotational dynamic movements. I have included Bulgarian bag workout days in between my normal weightlifting workouts and I fell much better now. More capable as well. Next thing to try will be the Suples ball

Best workout around. My son is a pitcher. He works with his trainer (former MLB slugger) who trains with the Bulgarian bag. It’s safe for athletes (as sometimes weight lifting is not) and the results are absolutely fantastic. Builds strength the safe way. Highly recommend!

This is a great piece of equipment to use in my workouts. I'm a former wrestler and this is something I can use for the wrestlers i coach.

I'm impressed with how well-constructed this bag is---should last decades if not a lifetime. I'd also recommend going with a bag that's a little lighter than you think you should. The work-outs are more intense than I thought they'd be.

Excellent quality, worth every penny. I can see this lasting for years to come. I got the 42 pound one, wish I would have went lighter. What ever one you think you need, go the next one down. I’m a strong guy and this thing is a beast. It will humble you.

I had some difficulties finding the right weight, but once I discussed it with the company who makes them they were great with helping me find the one I needed. I absolutely love this. It gets all those hard to work back muscles I struggle with and with a pinched nerve and atrophied muscles, but makes it much better. Thanks.
