Lemon lime is like a real good flavor. Hydrates you fast. I can easily drink 3 bottles of water in an hour and feel like a water balloon, this keeps me hydrated and not feeling like a water balloon!! This stuff is better than your typical juice, and the fact there is no artificial colorings makes this a superior drink to consume. Especially when you see the calories. They say to not drink your calories when your on a cut. I think the fact that this has more calories than your typical low-cal drink is because the body absorbs the stuff better. 45 calories for every 16 oz ain't thing but a chicken wing. I'll continue buying it. BTW, grape is a good flavor too!!!

I WOKE UP WITH CRAMPS IN BOTH LEGS I COULD NOT MOVE THE PAIN WAS CRAZY. I WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS. FINALLY MY NEIGHBOR CAME. HE BROUGHT ME THIS DRINK, THE SECOND SWALLOW IT WAS IMMEDIATE RELEASE. I WAS AMAZED. THIS STUFF REALLY GOT ME BACK QUICK. THE TASTE IS GOOD NO AFTER TASTE AT ALL. IT DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL SICK IN ANY WAY. I HAVE SO MANY PROBLEM WITH MY STOMACH FROM BIRTH. THIS IS GOOD IF YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM OF KEEPING YOURSELF DRINKING ENOUGH WATER. GET THIS HYDRATION PROBLEM WILL BE OVER. I STAY BUSY WITH TWO DOGS AND I AM 68 YEARS OLD AND I STILL HATE WATER AND ITS THE BEST THING FOR YOU. THAT I HAVE A HARD TIME REMEMBERING.
