I can't really blame this board for being what it is. It worked fine for me for almost 2 years. Then one day in the field I touched the balance lead in backwards and the board was toast. One of the balance traces on the board had curled up inside, after inspecting it.However, reflecting upon this I realize that an accident like this is inevitable if you do this enough, and my scenario was really the best outcome, because even the battery was fine, and I had none others plugged in at the time. Go ahead and invest in a board with more safety features that allows for mistakes though, and skip getting one without fuses. The replacement board I got has polyfuses for the balance ports as well.I had no issues with the quality of the board, but I think when working with lipos, you should go ahead and spend the money for something safer.

If your batteries are the same age this okay. If not, it will set them all up as the weakest one. With this, your chances of a fire are multiplied by the number of batteries you have plugged into it at the same time. Make absolutely sure your charger can handle multiple batteries at the same time. And, whatever you do, DO NOT charge batteries with this without an adult present throughout the entire process. In other words, don't plug it in and then walk away. LIPO batteries are a great invention but they all have the possibility of getting very hot when being used and can burst into flames. No matter which charger or adapter you use, do it with an extreme degree of caution when using LIPO batteries.

I charge 3 same size lipo a at time and 2 5400mah yennec at a time. The charge is very fast compared to a single charger. I was told to use a battery checker before charging. Plug lowest first then next,wait a few minutes to equalize voltage,then wait ,plug in next battery than wait again. Plug balance first than xt60 connectot It works for me. You tube has a lot on it.

Good product, fast processing of my order by the vendor, it works great! The board should come with plug covers to shield any open connectors when charging. This is a hazard you must be cautious with when handling the board.

I love this board. What a great way to charge batteries. This gets me out flying more often. I have not had any problems with this board. It is a quality build and is safe. I do still reccommend always keeping an eye or two on any batteries when charging them.
