2nd Edit: After 1 day the company got back to me and was willing to do whatever needed to be done to make the transaction right. They were very pleasant to work with and definitely made sure I was a satisfied customer.Edit: After only using the chair for a day the padding on the sides of the bottom cushion have pushed away from the bars, I can no longer sit in this chair for more than 15 minutes without the bars causing back pain. You can run your hand on the bottom cushion and feel where the bars are with using very little pressure, they are extremely noticable. I have emailed Uomax and will change my review whenever they get back to me about a solution.So far so good. The instructions are pretty much garbage. The chair itself is really not all that comfortable, maybe it'll break in overtime. The covers for the left and right side that are supposed to get screwed on don't have anything to screw into.... So those are worthless for me, hence the 4 stars cause it's a bit ugly without them.

So, I REALLY wanted to like this chair. Ive had it nearly an entire year and ultimately, it has NOT proven to be durable. The reclining backrest feature is fantastic, but the frame is weak. Like many gaming chairs with reclining backrests, the UOMax uses a locking and spring loaded pawl hinge on the right side of the chair. The left side just features a hinge. When reclined and leaning back into it, overtime the frame bent on the left side. Since there was no stop lock on that side, it essentially caused it to warp to the left.***Edit*** A few days after I wrote this review, the seat back frame completely broke internally. This has essentially rendered the seat completely useless other than as a stool. Rating adjusted to one star for the product itself. But I'd really like to commend UOMax for stepping up and taking care of the issue to my satisfaction. While I didn't know that it would snap as it did, they did make it right for me. ***Edit***The last few months have not been comfortable unless I sit with my back off the rest. Defeats the purpose of a comfortable gaming chair. Additionally, the right armest swivels, and its not supposed to.So, the big question is "How did UOMax respond?". I can safely say "Wonderfully"! It took some back and forth with video and picture evidence of the defect. UOMax customer support ultimately stepped up and made the situation right with me. While I will be avoiding this style of seatback hinge on my next seat, I would give UOMax another try if they made a better seat with all the features I need in a gaming chair.Still, to this day, my old AK Octane gaming chair is the MOST comfortable chair Ive ever owned. Sadly, after 8 years of ownership I had to get rid of it due to a cracked lower wheel frame. Its been a LONG 4 years trying to find a worthy replacement. Let the search continue!

Liked the chair when we got it together. Problem is, the head pillow had the web strap pulled out of pillow so there was no way to mount it. Also, the lower pillow did not vibrate like it was supposed to.

This is the second gaming chair from this company. I have a different model from them as well purchased last year. The Chair doesn't disappoint and the reclining feature and lever (last picture) is great. I haven't seen it on to many gaming chairs before. I am totally digging this chair. So many features and use cases.

This chair was used by a ten year old boy for one year. Over the year it started to lean back more on one side until today when it just broke. Upon opening up the chair, it was noted that one side seemed to have an old rusted piece welded on. The craftsmanship underneath the fancy cover looks like it was done by five year olds. Very shoddy welding work! I’ve included pictures of the “good” side and the side which ultimately snapped. I have no idea why this one piece would be so rusted!

It took me about 15 min to assemble and awesome chair! I’m 6’3” 270 lb man and os day very comfortable.
