Peace of mind.
My water heater had a flimsy drain valve, so when I drained it, it dripped a little. Now I can sleep again! This is worth the bucks....

A little disappointed
I purchased this as a replacement for the current partial metal/plastic adaptor I have had for a few years.The on/off valve is not as good as I hoped. Small drips seep around the valve "handle"

Needs to be reengineered!
These shutoffs work well. My only complaint is attaching the sweeper nozzle causes trublants that make the straight stream of water to break-up about a foot or so after the water leaves the nozzle.Conclusion: the bore of the shut off is not the same size the hose. This design is not the best as I have had the type that is the same from hose to nozzle and got best resultes.

Works great, no leaks, does what it's supposed too.
I wanted something to turn the water off without going to the spout to change attachments. When used with a quick disconnect it's great.
