Entertainmount (Black) - Universal Smartphone Car Mount with Unique Rotation Feature That is Perfect for Back Seat Viewing

I received my Entertainmount before Spring Break, just in time for a family road trip. I loved how efficient and sturdy this product is. A feature I loved the most was the fact that I can charge my phone while it is mounted on the Entertainmount. The kids are happy with their movie and I have peace of mind that my phone is still charged should I need it to use it. I was also impressed with the company's customer service. I received a follow-up email from the company after I received my product to ensure that everything was ok. Overall a wonderful product and great buying experience.

For the money it is a fairly good buy. Does what it says but nothing to special to it, two rubber-bands on a piece of rotating plastic with velcro straps. The rotating design is the selling point although does not work with a 7" kindle fire. It does mount fine for the kids to watch the movie, the kindle fire is just about 2mm to big for it to rotate around. They advertise it for phones up to 7" though not tablets. I recommend they make one for tablets as well. Much more peaceful of a car ride.

Works great! A little small for the iPad mini but we made it work. Not the best quality but great for the price.

It will hold a tablet or phone n ut it vibrates and tablets fall-out of it. Also the magnet isn't strong enough to keep it from flipping

Very hard to manage while sitting in front. Strapping the phone in is difficult. Straps make it tilt downward. Works great if you don't need your phone throughout a drive for kids in the back.

Initially I was a little nervous that the Entertainmount would be able to: A.) hold both my iPhone 5 and my wife’s Galaxy Note 4, and B.) survive in the company of our kids on a holiday road trip. Despite these concerns, the price was reasonable and it appeared versatile enough to handle mounting in different places in the car. When it arrived, I was surprised that it was very solid in construction, and easy to attach to the headrests. The velcro straps are not thin or flimsy, and can handle the abuse they are subjected to in the backseat of our minivan (which sometimes is reminiscent of Mad Max’s Thunderdome!) Some positives: A.) I like that my wife can control the phone without having to wrestle it away from our daughters. B.) So far it neither of our phones has slipped out. C.) There are no suction cups or glue residues and it is easy to re-position. Some negatives: A.) Pay attention when you mount it the first time, since I accidentally mounted it backwards! B.) The webpage shows lots of ways to mount it, but the printed instructions don't show all of the ways you can use it. Conclusion: The Entertainmount is a simple, solidly constructed phone mount that returns the control of the phone to the adults!

Got out Entertainmount today and it's already a huge hit! The kids want to go sit out in the van and watch their favorite shows on the Entertainmount instead of sitting inside in front of the TV. From a product point of view, what you see is what you get. The frame is solid, thick plastic that feels like it will stand up to a beating, which is important when you have 3 kids and a puppy! The simplicity of the design is fantastic. The strap that hold the phone are thick rubber that slide to adjust to the size smartphone/tablet you want to mount. The Entertainmount is connected to your car seats (or plane tray table, kitchen cabinet, golf cart or whatever) with very strong feeling Velcro straps and comes with additional extender straps if you need more length. You probably won't as the straps that come connected to the Entertainmount are already decently long. Overall, its a clean simple design at a fair price, and for a change, this is a product that it feels like was designed to last with good material choices. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Neat design, but it didn't exactly work the way I thought it would, or more accurately, it worked exactly the way I feared it would. Surprisingly, I didn't have an issue mounting the new Kindle Fire (5th Gen) on it, and the magnet use to prevent it from swinging wildly held the Kindle in place despite the various acceleration changes required to drive in South Florida.The issue with mount came from the Velcro straps that came with the unit. They're not much most that you average Velcro strap you can get from the local arts and craft stores. They were strong enough to hold the kindle & mount up, but flimsy enough that my daughter had little issues kicking the whole unit a full 180, and after a few more kicks from her car seat, the strap because loose and the mount began to sag.As a result, this mount now sits in my ever growing collection of car mounts and my search continue for something which can withstand the 2 year whirlwind in the back seat.
