I recently acquired a 4QT Nesco roaster, but it did not have the original baking rack, nor does the manufacturer sell it as a replacement part (they no longer make this small model). I checked dollar stores and other retailers, no one had a rectangular rack small enough. This HIC 10"x6" rack is a perfect fit (see pic). While I would prefer to have one that is a full rectangle, the octagonal shape of this one does span enough of the cooking chamber and it works well. It's a fairly heavy weight metal so should last a long time. It will also make a good cooling rack for baked goods. Overall, I'm very happy with this item.

Tested in our larger roasted and couldn't have asked for a better fit. I like that the height is adjustable and it's collapsible for storage. Can't vouch for ease of cleaning yet but it appears to be a standard chrome finished steel rack. It is not stainless steel. We'll put it to good use as soon as we can, trying the upside down turkey bird technique. Recommended.

I purchased this rack to replace one that I had, that wasn't SS, and was rusted so badly, that it was unusable anymore. The new rack fits perfectly in my 9x13 roasting pan, has 2 different levels to use, (short or tall feet on opposite sides), is stiff enough to hold 5lbs easily, and cleans up in a snap.

Fair value for the money 💰. Hard to clean.

I ordered this roasting rack to replace one that I had for many years. We made the mistake of putting our old rack in the dishwasher, and it eventually rusted badly. The new rack is very similar to our old one. It is very versatile and can be used in many different roasting pans. I like the adjustable feature, which allows for different sizes of roasts. We will hand wash the rack as the manufacturer recommends.

....not overly happy about the way it was shipped. It came in a bubble wrap envelope so the rack is slightly bent. I was able to twist it a bit to get it to sit level but this is definitely an item that need to be in a box, not thin bubble wrap-style envelopes. The rack is a good weight, maybe a bit smaller than what I expected but it will still meet my needs.

This was used in a slow cooker and it does the job perfectly.
