I planned to get a CNC routers with 3 axis x,y,z control but god the price is beyond expectation. So I found myself checking these out. The working area of 40*30 cm is perfect for anyone just getting into it. I was tempted to buy a bigger model but I’m glad I opted for the less expensive size. The machine came with assembly instructions, it didn't take long to put them together. It was actually pretty fun. It took more time to figure out the software than the assembly. Once I got that figured out though it took right off. There are quite a few videos on YouTube to help you with that.I am still happy with my price and I will use this to cut and mark fabric for my products and also learn more about cnc.

I ordered this laser burner with some apprehension but am very pleased with it. initial assembly was a little awkward but after stumbling through it I was able to get it working great. There are some great YouTube video's to help figure out how to work the program. I burned 25 wooden center peace's for my daughters wedding and look forward to making lots of cool thing in the future.

Easy to build with their instruction. It's also of lots of fun during the process of putting them together, and you can have a feeling of achivement after finishing those.The software is simple meet by basic nees, but after a bit of Internet searching I found what I needed. I've already used it to cut out lots of materials,all turns out great.

 I took a risk buying this product, there aren’t many reviews and things like this can be hit or miss. I have no prior experience with anything like this, so some of my difficulties may not be the same as yours.Overall this is a neat machine. I put it together following the “instructions” that came on a CD. Take notice of the quotations. The instructions are 8 pictures that only show how to put it together. There are no words for clarification. All the screws / pieces (and there are A LOT) in the pictures are labeled, but there is no labeling on the physical packaging, so that’s useless. The biggest problem putting it together, that I had, was when the directions were over I had the belts left over. After some tinkering I installed them.Just for clarification there is no bottom to this machine, it is essentially a frame with a laser and motor on top. I plan on making a plate with a grid for it to sit on top of.After assembly I downloaded all the software. The directions to use it aren’t very awesome but I made due. Focusing the laser was easy and was in the directions, that’s really the only part I referenced.The software was surprisingly intuitive. Any picture you bring in is formatted correctly. Sizing for the engraving was something I just played with and adjusted but that’s wasn’t too hard.I created a button in the software to turn on the laser the same way I focused it, allowing me to know exactly where I placed (0,0) (the bottom left corner of what will be engraved).I have yet to see how this will hold up, but after short use, I’m excited to get burning!

I received the laser ahead of the scheduled day. Everything was packed well.This comes with a little CD with laser software, drivers on it.I found the instructions easy enough. I did have one issue after I got it together. The laser moved just fine Left to right but was not moving to a new line. The pulley was not moving.I contacted the seller, who was quite responsive, and we went through some scenarios without resolving the issue.I finally figured out the coupling and the pulleys needed to be tightened. There was no information regarding this in the documentation. I’ve attached a photo of the parts and there are holes in the sides of them. They contain screws that need to be tightened into place with the included tool.I’ve done some test prints .. I think I need to tweak some settings. Searching for some sort of manual online.Thanks!

This is a cool little laser and I like it so much. Setup was quite easy and I’ve had no issues so far. The software is about as good as any for lower end lasers. So far I’ve used it on wood, plastic, simulated and real leather with good results. Mainly bought this for my local CNC store, it works very well!! Pleased! And it is more compact than I imagined. Also their service is great, get response immediately with helpful advice, would recommend it.

Looking for a link to a youtube on putting this together. As you can see in the image posted-whoever put the one together for the photo on their listing put the laser pointing up. My 13 YO son was helping me put it together and pointed this out. There are also NO instructions on how to put the treads in, and I am a screw short for putting the feet on. There are NO instructions on hooking up the wires and there should be ONLINE user manual links as finding a computer that still has a CD drive is also complicated. I'm really excited to use this, but really need actual instructions!

How do I reach someone from this company for a replacement part? The holes for mounting the laser are not threaded.
