The original item was supplied in two parts, the vent mount has a 17mm (approx) ball which won't fit through the nut on the charger, and is also too large for the socket on the back of the charger.Replacement unit is fine and was pre-assembled. Support were helpful and friendly.The charger is great and works well (qc3.0)

It charges my phone extremely slow but the main issue is that it takes force just to put my phone on aswell as take it off which then makes the whole thing move.However, the brand have since gotten in touch with me and offered a more expensive free replacement.It's clear this brand care about their customers and although I didn't have the best experience with the product, I have trust in the company and their intentions to make me happy.The new product will arrive soon and I hope it is better!

Great idea just the ball isn’t strong enough, all I done was tighten it up & it broke off

Excellent little chargers. Initially had issues getting them to work because I hadn't realised you can press the little button at the back to extend the "footrest" and therefore move the charging area to where my particular phone needed it. Once that was done, they are easy to use, just open the vent grip and push into an air vent, and pop your phone between the grips.I've had a year of hassle free charging, but have had an issue in the past week with plastic parts breaking (one was one of the grips, the other was the vent connector) - contacted the manufacturer who were quick to respond, asked for some photos and a little info, and organised for me to get replacements, which have arrived. Very pleased with the customer service; time from sending the original email to me receiving the replacements at my door: 3 days. They stick by their warranties!!!!

Shame this works so well at charging. Its a little big for the air vent in the car but once you find the right place its fine.Big problem with interference with the radio. Once your charging no DAB radio stations can be picked up

Not going to lie had an issue with the first charger but the customer service received was fantastic , a new charger was sent out straight away and works great

Absolute tosh. It’s delivered in two parts: the phone charging stand and the vent mounting clamp. The mounting clamp has a ball joint that fits into the back of the charging unit to allow rotation when mounted. The problem is the ball is too big to fit through the securing nut. Consequently you have to remove the nut in order to mount the charging unit directly onto the ball with no clamping around the ball. Then when you come to pull your phone out of the mount the whole thing pulls away from the mounting clamp. Very unsatisfactory. Don’t waste your money.CUSTOMER SERVICES GOT IN TOUCH AND REPLACED FOR FREE. VERY GOOD RESPONSE AND OUTCOME. NOW FITTED EASILY, WORKS GOOD. THANK YOU.

Simple but effective solution at an incredibly affordable price. Works great for my iPhone XR. No automatic mechanical opening means no risk. I like the fact that you can put and take your phone anytime regardless of the car engine running. Charges through my case with no issues.

This charger doesn’t charge my phone even with the case off. It also pops out of the “arms” randomly so I can’t really trust it to hold my phone while clipped to the vent. Instead I am using it to stand my phone up while in my center console. The only convenient thing about this is the slot in the bottom “arm” so that my phone can be plugged into the charger while it’s propped on it 🧐 Why would a charging phone holder have a slot for a charger cord???? Things that make you go Hmmmmmmm

UPDATE: customer reached out personally & is replacing the item at not cost. Really impressed.Previous review: The adjustable arms that open are not very strong & break off. Don’t recommend

I loved how fast it charged my phone and kept it charged.

This charger is a pain in the rear to get the phone in and out of. It seems to hold on the vent pretty well, but I'm afraid it is going to break the louvers on my vent, probably damned if you do damned if you don't kind of thing, because I've had other chargers that weaken and dont attach strongly enough! Charges fine, though.
