This wound gel really works and helps fast healing

My husband has a terrible wound and has to use wound vac & when he goes to wound care clinic they use this gel on his wound. It really helps numb the pain!!!

Works great for burns !

I purchased this gel to treat my grandma's pressure sores. Over-the-counter antibacterial ointments were slow going in the healing process, and the ingredient to treat pain wasn't strong enough. The Regenecare has worked wonders. She did complain of a mile stinging sensation the first time used it, but no more afterwards. The healing has been fast. In just a few days her sore looks so much better. I'm so glad I added this gel to my first aid arsenal. It was worth the money.

Helps with pain relief but costs to much. I have purchased it more than once and the price keeps going up.
