MANUAL MILK CREAM SEPARATOR 50L/H + BUTTER CHURN 2in1

Very difficult to use. English instructions leave are lacking. Would not recomend it to anyone. Certainly not worth the money!

it is hard to turn the handle..

I finally got the product on 20 JAN (it was promised by 16 JAN, but that turned out to be the fault of the USPS.) The seller shipped it immediately upon order placement. Shipping problem was the fault of the US .gov. The seller gave very good customer service and was very responsive after I complained to Amazon. The seller did everything right.The machine works "as advertised." It separates cream very well. The first attempt at butter making was somewhat difficult because the cream did not "break". Despite that, the butter was excellent.The instructions that come with it are in Cyrillic as well as English. They require intense study to understand and there are some details that might have made it easier to use. Disassembling the "drum" is not clearly explained in the instructions.As for the unit, it does do a very nice job. Be sure it is running at proper speed before opening the valve or it will spill out onto the table. I bought a piece of 1" food grade plastic board and mounted it to that so it could be easily cleaned. It requires two very capable Clamps in order to secure it to the table or you will have difficulty getting it to operate properly.In all, it takes a little work to get used to it but it is a very nice piece of equipment and I am glad I ordered. it.

i have had this product for 2 weeks still do not know how it works. the only instructions was on youtube i watched for 1 hour and she still did not start to put it together. the video played for 1 second and stalled for a minute or 2. i am beginning to think i really wasted my money.

took some mounting problems, had to mount it to a board and then I can use a C-clamp to hold it down to use it. By the time I got it Mabel had dried up, Impatiently waiting for Buttercup to freshen!

It require very strong arm muscle to operate

Very nice product, it just takes a while to learn all the odds and ends. It has many parts, and the english manual is very hard to understand. Fortunately other users have posted videos on Youtube and they are very easy to follow.Butter churn add-on is very ingenious, definitely recommended to get both together. Mostly made of plastic, might feel a bit too weak in the beginning, but does the job and will last a long time with minimal care.

The cream separator is just what I needed with my goats. Shortly after ordering it, my only milker at the time dried herself off. So when the separator got here in less than 2 weeks, I had no milk to put through it. I read the manual and looked at the parts but never really checked it out. 2 months later I got another goat who is milking and had hubby with me this time to try out the new separator. I couldn't find the manual and there was a part missing. I emailed Katya and within a day had a new manual in English and the missing part was on the way. While the separator is exactly what I wanted and needed, the customer service I got was excellent and very much appreciated. I would like to let everyone know that this is a great item, but buying it from Katya is a great investment because of the customer service.
