Impressive engraver and software
I am impressed by how well this thing works!! The manual isn't perfect English but that is not a big deal. So far I have tried it on plastic, leather and wood and even bricks....like the video shows, all cuts really well. As for their kind service, I can't find a better one than Uttiny's, prompt and patient service as always!The software coming with the engraver, is practical. Not too much complex operation or function, once you figure out how to use it, you will fall in love with carving things!!

Pleasantly Surprised
It only took me about 5 minutes to set this up on my computer. I purchased it to add images to metals.I've only used it for about an hour but it worked great for each piece I engraved. It really has done a pretty good job. The laser is powerful enough to engrave hard wood (live oak, rosewood) to about 2 mm deep. There is a little rough sounding, like the laser is been driven to far on the track perhaps, so that is a little concerning.
