Husband buys these for his jiu jitsu gis, and those things can be pretty heavy. These do a good job of keeping them on the hanger, not sliding out or breaking from the weight of the fabric

Although these are just what I was looking for hanging men’s suits, I gave 4 stars because they were not wide enough for the extended sizes I am hanging.

My husband just got back from a trip to the Netherlands for work. I bought him a Samsonite travel garment luggage piece with a handle and wheels that looked durable enough to hold 3 suit jackets, and 6 pairs of slacks, 6 shirts, ties, dress shoes, etc. The luggage has a spot where you can use hangers and it clamps onto the metal hook part of the hanger to keep it in place.These hangers did a wonderful job of keeping his suit jackets from getting flattened in the shoulder like typical wire hangers do.Pros:1) Rounded shoulder edges are very good for suit jackets2) Walnut finish is beautiful. It's elegant in quality like an upscale hotel.3) Has a bar for pants to hang from4) Hook is sturdy and swivels (chrome is a nice touch)5) Durable and strong (It lasted his entire trip, holding the suit jackets in place and hang up at the hotel. They're back at home now, in the closet.Cons:The bar needs to have an anti-slip coating to keep pants from sliding off. I ended up using the wire hangers inside his suit jacket along with this hanger (BOTH, because the dry clean company that picks up and delivers his shirts has an anti-slip coating on the thick paperboard/white cardboard piece that attaches to the hangers. Pants never slide off!) It did create extra hangers in the luggage.Specs:The length of this hanger is almost 18 inches (17.71 inches exactly)Overall, I am really pleased with these hangers. They are very nice quality and I am using them every day for his suit jackets.I was very happy to receive this set of hangers at no cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. My husband is a BIG man. Like 6'5" and 350 lbs big. so his clothes are big. That means that cheap plastic hangers will not suffice for anything more than a t-shirt for him. I had been doubling the plastic hangers up, but decided that we are old enough now to start using nice hangers for grown ups. That is why I ordered these extra wide wooden hangers from J.S. Hanger. Normally, I don't review items on their packaging but there have been so many reviews that commented on the condition of the hangers on arrival, that I feel like I need to. My hangers came tightly bundled in a well padded box. After removing the outer plastic wrapping, each hanger was individually wrapped in foam sheeting to protect it. Every one of the hangers was in pristine condition. I'm not saying there weren't problems in the past. But the seller has really listened to feedback and made sure that the hangers were protected in transit.Now on to the product itself. These hangers are gorgeous. The finish is rich and lustrous. I've never had hangers that swelled at the shoulder area like these and I now know that I need them in my life. They hold the sleeves of suit jackets open to prevent dents in the shoulders. They also hold dresses up without clips, safety pins or any other tricks. Plus the swell creates spacing between items of clothing to prevent crushing and wrinkling during storage. The hangers are extremely sturdy and hold up well to my husbands gigantic suits.The hook turns easily and doesn't wobble in the hanger. I had originally bought just enough for his suit jackets but now I will be ordering enough to hang all of my dresses as well.

These hangers are great! Beautiful and sturdy! I was tired of even more expensive hangers breaking on me when I use them to hang my husband's and my big heavy jackets. These fit the bill! So far they are holding steady and don't seem like they will be breaking any time soon! It's so nice to see these in my closet as they are super nice looking, as well. Die Kleiderbügel kamen innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach meiner Bestellung bei mir zu Hause an. Form und Farbe der Bügel entsprechen exakt den Abbildungen. Die Bügel machen beim Auspacken einen optisch guten Eindruck, sie sind stabil und wertig verarbeitet, der Lack ist gleichmäßig über den ganzen Bügel aufgebracht. Der Haken ist um 360° drehbar. Durch die breiten Enden eignen sich die Bügel gut für schwere Jacken. Denn durch die breiten Enden rutschen Jacken nicht so schnell vom Bügel und die Schulterpolster beulen auch nicht so stark aus wie bei schmalen Bügeln. Allerdings nehmen die Bügel bedingt durch ihre Breite in meinem Schrank auch recht viel Platz weg.Mein Fazit:- die Bügel sind solide verarbeitet- das Material ist optisch ohne Fehler- die Bügel und die Haken sind stabil genug um auch schwere Jacken aufzuhängen.Hallo ihr Lieben, wir bewerten die von uns gekauften Produkte erst nach längerem Gebrauch. I probably should have Gone full Cedar based on the price but really they work quite well I haven't had any issues with any mine as some of the other posters have and they make my closet look much more elegant

As with my review for the three pack of these they're very adequate and I haven't seen the issues with some other posters have commented on however even though these look exactly like the six pack they are slightly different they are slightly larger and a slightly different color but overall not easy to see in a closet
