This is the third time my wife has ordered this stuff. This review is based on her experience with the latest bottle she received."Absolutely love this face serum. My face has never felt so soft. I definitely saw a difference in reduction of my pores, improved texture and how smooth my face was. My only issue with product was the bottle I received was less than half full (Although this was a sample bottle that my husband received through Amazon Vine, I believe if you ordered this, the bottle would be filled correctly, and most likely in packaging other than a plain white box, as mine came). Also, it comes with a dropper and it was difficult to get the serum out. The dropper seem to be the problem, and hope they resolve this issue. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a problem with many users of this product, so obviously this needs resolved. Other than the dropper issue, this stuff is amazing. No issues with this product at all. Matter of fact, if they want, they can send my husband a 55 gallon drum of this. I'll move some of his stuff out of the closet and into the garage, and the drum can stay nice and cozy in the bedroom closet. He spends most of his free time in the garage anyways, he'll be closer to his clothes"Ok, so that's her review of this face cream. I remember her first try with this stuff about a year ago. She loved it then, and loves it now. She has ordered it a few times since receiving it through Vine, and swears by this cream. She got a few of her friends hooked, and none have come back with any weapons complaining, so it must be good. This is one of the few products she has bought over and over, and raves about it. Not gonna knock any stars off for the bottle dropper flaw, I have a feeling with so many women having a problem with this, it's gonna get a fix that will work better. I heard this was a good Korean serum, so I ordered it to give it a try and I do like the product that's inside of the bottle. It's a well-absorbing, nonsticky serum that dries silky and makes my face feel smooth.The reason I removed a star is really for the bottle and the way this serum is packaged. Most serums do come in dropper bottles, but this is a really thick ampoule, so it would be better for it to be packaged in a container from which the liquid can be easily removed. The dropper does not do a very good job of extracting the serum from the bottle nor releasing it onto the skin, but the bottle is also glass and cannot be squeezed to retrieve the product, so it's very difficult to remove anything from the bottle and the process can get a little messy. The consistency itself is perfect, though, so perhaps simply a larger dropper or rethinking the dropper concept for this serum would be best. This is around the price point where people start to not want to waste a drop of good product.Otherwise I'm loving the consistency of this product and it fits right into my nightly routine alongside my other rotating serums. I'll keep it in the mix for as long as I can actually get product out of the bottle, but I'm not sure how long that will be.
