This Hydration vest is adjustable so you can make adjustments as needed. I’m 5’7”, 145 Ibs muscular build and the S/M fits me fine.So far I’ve ran 3 training runs with this vest 14, 16, and 18 miles with no issues. The vest has plenty of pockets for GUs and extra water bottles. I utilized the 2 water bottle pockets and the smaller pockets to carry GUs and it made a big difference when I needed those items. The placement of the pockets makes getting your items very convenient, everything is right at your fingertips. The main water pack is very easy to fill and clean. When filled to capacity you don’t notice the pack sloshing around like with some other vest. I purchased this vest to run an Ultra in Dec to avoid having to stop and fill up water bottles. Based on my last Ultra when I carried 4 bottles on a waist belt, this will definitely be an improvement and a life saver. Take it from me, you don’t want to get stuck with empty bottles with the closet aid station miles away in 80+ degree temps.

Overall: It worked for what I needed it to do. I do long distance runs and can't stand running with traditional hydration packs where water sits low on the back and loosely sloshes around during my runs. A nice tight fit keeps the sloshing to a minimum. I am 5'5" and 145 lbs with a 37" chest. Awesome vest! Great pocket layout. Comfortable and stylish. I’ve read other reviews about the bladder being stained. Mine was too. Called the company and they sent a new one right out to me. No hassle, no issues. Great customer service! Great vest!

This is a terrific vest, especially over distances of 20 miles. I use two 500mL soft flasks instead of the bladder system. The fit is comfortable, the pockets are useful for GUs, keys, cards, and I’m a big fan of the dedicated phone pocket. I’m 5’11, 175lbs and bought the L/XXL model first, which was absurdly big. The S/M fits perfect. Terrific product!

Amazing product, No bounce whatsoever. Can easily fit my phone, keys, food, and even a small hoodie in the back compartment when I get to hot. This product fits all my needs and is super comfortable too, Please do yourself a favor and dish out the cash for something that is quality and will last awhile like NATHAN.

I really like this vest. I didn't want to admit I needed one more did I want to spend the money. But I don't run without it now. As my miles increased, I felt I should have my phone and ID with me. The vest carries those and of course my water. Plenty of pockets for gels or whatever else you need. It only took me a couple of runs to get used to it. It is rather warm to wear. I can feel the heat from the moment I put it on. Easy to fit. Hoping the bladder will last.

Great fit but the bag seemed like it was used before. There was dirt on the bag. But worse, the water bladder came with water already in it and mold growing inside.

Best accessory I bought for running beyond a 10k. I tried other methods for carrying water while running and this has by far been the best. Really comfortable and can carry plenty of water.

Good light weight vest no sloshing. Fits great with the super slide adjusted front. Bladder easy to dry by turning inside out.

Fit was a bit tight.
