Sleeping deeper from the first night of use. I have very vivid dreams using this sheet. I checked with a meter and it definitely changes your ‘current’ when you’re holding your phone. Not sure if ‘current’ is the right technical word but the numbers went to 0- so clearly working. I’m menopausal, and it doesn’t stop me waking at night to use the loo and it doesn’t stop hot flashes but my sleep is very very deep and my dreams are sooooo real!!! worth getting one. I didn’t get on with the clips - I use nappy pins to secure to my fitted sheet (I bought a wide ground sheet so the safety pins are over the edges of the bed- I’m not sleeping on them).

I've used this now for over a month and wasn't feeling any benefits. It states on the packaging that everything is tested before delivery and it gives you details on how to test the parts yourself. I bought myself a multimeter recently and so decided to test it and it turns out the wire cable doesn't work. What a surprise ! It's too much trouble to send it back and i doubt the seller would want it back so it's going in the bin while i look to source another cable at my expense.

Looking at other reviews the two questions that need to be answered are:1) Do these grounding sheets work as described. A= YES.2) Is grounding technology for everybody. A= NO.These are not as premium as the stuff available a decade ago but also not as expensive. Also buying stuff direct from China recent days is not cheap given tax and shipping. Straight away i could see the supplied straps were not going to work even though we got king sheet for a queen bed. So I let my wife struggle to prove me wrong for an hour before sewing on our old fitted sheet to the edges which took longer than expected. The first nights sleep is always the best ever. You notice this less over time but feel it all again when freshly washed. One thing I forgot to do with our old sheet (until we had worn a hole) was test for the conductivity/effectiveness with a multimeter. The included instructions show you how to do this test. Not included is a mains socket plug tester which didn't matter as we got one in the past. Some situations will need it. So overall the sheets are nothing spectacular but they do work as intended and we are quite happy.Simple things you can do to see if grounding works for you is to try grounding around your home. Most metal kitchen sinks, metal bath tubs and central heating radaitors are mostly earthed. Or ultimately stand in your garden/grass with eyes closed first without skin contact and then some minutes with skin contact and see if you sense any difference before spending your money. Secondly your sleeping environment might be already highly stressed with electric wall sockets behind the headboard and low level electric seepage in walls. So do try some nights with everything switched off.

I noticed a difference from the very start.The sheet is a strange size,and very flimsy,but as I use a pillow under my athritic knee,I just wrapped the sheet right round the pillow,at least both my legs were connected to the sheet.Great thing is getting a plug that fits into the wall. I just gave it 4 stars as I thought maybe more effort could have been made to connect it to undersheet.It was a good buy,and I think I am going to really appreciate a better sleep.

Made no difference at all don’t waste your money

This is a cotton and silver flat sheet with four clips to convert to fully fitted sheet or half fitted top sheet. It is 54" x 78". It is very good to see this is pure organic cotton and is a pleasure to sleep under or on. The clips are like the old fashioned suspenders with one each end of a 6" length of elastic. These are a bit fiddly to attach especially on the new fabric they work just fine once on and I slipped just the elastic under the mattress corner and the sheet hung each side of the mattress. You need this in order to access the popper easily.
