I wish I would have bought my Zeno that I usually buy. This does not work as effectively as the Zeno. Takes more treatments than the Zeno to actually help with the pimple.

Terrible product.Does not work, and gives off a ridiculous sequence of beeps and lights.Cheap knock off. Buy the Zeno and be done with it, even the battery powered version is 100x superior to this item.

You are better off using a hot water compress than this.I like the idea of applying controlled, consistent heat to a blemish. This device does not do that. It seems to heat then cool, then heat again over a 1.5 minute period.I've used this, perhaps, five times and noticed only one blemish diminished.Also, I've had to change the batteries three times already.So, I'm giving it a thumbs down.

This thing does not get as hot as a zeno. It's useless.
