Hasn't helped with menopausal weight loss or energy
I tried this because of the reviews thinking that it would help with weight loss and cravings. It really didn't. I gave it a 2nd try and ordered another bottle thinking maybe over time it would help. I never felt any different and no weight loss occurred. Was hoping it would curb carb cravings etc.
