Did not fit my 1992 Ranger.
These did not fit my 1992 Ford Ranger. The mechanic who installed them made it where I couldn’t return them. They work. They’re bright. But, they cannot be adjusted in my truck. The dims point too far down. Have to use brights whenever possible. Not a fault of the headlights. They just don’t fit on this particular truck.

Fit, form, and function was all great. Bulbs that came with was pretty good quality too.

Lower quality but work good once adjusted. Work good for being cheap.
These will need to be adjust when installed, but best to do it before installing the grill and light bezels just in case they need to come off again.ConsThe passenger side adjusted fine but the drivers side need to be taken apart to adjust the third screw which lacks a hex end for a tool. These are lower quality and don’t fit as well as the Ford headlights. These hold the headlight bezel out further than the grill so once adjusted one side of the headlight assembly sticks out oddly and not flush with the bezel. ProsHuge improvement over old hazy headlights and much better than putting LEDs in the older headlights. Trust me, replace the headlights before trying LEDs. These get the light down the road.Still need to see how they hold up to rain.If your looking for a cheap fix these will work.Although I would be willing to pay more for higher quality and better fit and finish.

These are serviceable replacements, however...
I had to replace the original OEM assembly on my '91 Ranger due to water leaking into one of the headlights, busting the bulb, and melting the assembly. These were about the only ones I could find for a decent price online. They look exactly like the OEM ones although you can tell the subtle differences straight away out of the box. The black plastic that bolts onto your truck just isn't as rigid and thick as the OEM ones. That is not to say it isn't durable plastic, but the lack of stiffness made bolting these on a real pain. Ultimately I had to use mini-clamps and reuse the old metal clamps for the bolts from the OEM assembly. You'll also likely have to bend the bottom clips back in order to get these to properly slot in due to the plastic. The other difference is potentially dangerous and not noticeable until you finish the install and test the lighting. Straight out of the box, the beam is aimed very, very low. **YOU WILL NEED TO ADJUST THESE** (These are adjusted by the hex shaped 4mm rods that extend from the very top and side bolt on the back of the assembly.) These replacements come with standard bulbs and create a rectangular beam that has left me wishing for the refraction to be taller. Even after adjustment to its highest setting, these still feel like they aim a little too low and don't go out far enough on low-beam setting. As such, if you live somewhere that doesn't have frequent street lighting, I strongly recommend that you drive with your high-beams on with these. The clear lenses (in conjunction with new hazard, turn signal lenses, and new bulbs all around) took years off the front end of my truck. Installing better halogen or LED bulbs will hopefully improve overall lighting, however, the overall refraction from these do leave me concerned. It seems like that even with the old, fogged up plastic lenses from the OEM assembly, the spread just seems better. If I hadn't destroyed one of the OEMs, I likely would've used the new clear lenses from this and put them in place of the old OEM ones. These lights do the job, but I wish I could've found a new OEM assembly instead.

Great for the price. Make your headlights shine like new again.
The clear plastic felt thinner than the factory ones but at least it's clear. I had to use a screwdriver to open up the metal "jaws" on the bottom that the trim piece that goes around them slides into. As someone else mentioned, it seemed like there was not enough adjustment for the up-down aiming screw. I was able to remove and turn in three turns one of the positioning screws and turn in the side to side screw to pull the whole lamp part back into the housing so that the up-down screw would have more useful travel. Overall they seem to fit fine and look fine. The bulb retainers on these are actually easier to deal with than the original setup. I had a hard time getting the retaining screws for the trim panel (pretty much the last step) to go into the metal "nuts". I finally had to get a slightly smaller diameter screw to use.

Eh, they'll get the job done.
I will admit, they're better than my stock lenses, but the beam pattern leaves something to be desired. High beam is satisfactory, whereas the low beam pattern is a bit sketchy. Like a few other guys, they were pointed VERY low out of the box, though that's not necessarily an issue as you can adjust that, it's just a bit of a nuisance to realize it after you've put everything back together. That, and though I was able to properly adjust them, my driver side light is awkwardly sticking out of the trim as a result. I tried to resolve the pattern by switching to LED, and this is when I discovered another issue with these housings. Both Techmax and Sealight LEDs have good reps, but after trying both TM 9007s (accidentally ordered the wrong bulbs) and SL 9004s, I found that the outer 2" of the passenger and driver side lenses throw a hotspot high and low in between the two main hotspots (against a wall at about 25 feet. Red ovals are the weird hotspots, green are the main ones) I tried these bulbs in other vehicles and they work perfectly fine. I then put the halogens back in and realized those bulbs do nearly the exact same thing, just less noticeable. In a pinch, these will get the job done, but I will be heavily modifying mine if Morimoto HIDs don't work well enough.
