I picked up this pack of Stamos because there were 2 that I wanted and ti was cheaper to buy this pack than those two individually. I've since used 6 different stamps and they work great. As with any stamp, the biggest thing to be aware of is the hardness of the material you are stamping and the power you use to stamp. The more intricate the design of the stamp, the harder it will be to get a clear image. Since I am stamping thicker coins or other thicker pieces of metal, I just a standard 16oz carpentry hammer and I have had great results. For thinner or softer metals I would recommend a lighter stamping hammer as when I tested the designs on some pennies, the force of the stamp bent the coin considerably. Overall, this set offers a great variety of stamps and seem to be holding up quite well to my abuse. I'm considering picking up another variety pack just to have more options!***NOTE: In the attached picture the dog paw is from this kit. The other stamps on that piece of copper are from other sources.

With all the Benecraft stamp sets, I use some masking tape around them to make them easier to hold for metal stamping, but it's so worth it when you get a set of 4-6 stamps from other brands for $40+. They make pretty great impressions and I'm always surprised how great the mix of stamps is. I'll find people picking completely different things than I would guess sometimes and I'm always happy to have the assortment they put together.

You have to hammer hard to get the imprint to show up

Very heavy set, super pretty stamps! I tried them on leather and metal, works great on both. They are perfect for stamping commemorative tokens for hiking and camping. That said, I am using a tiny anvil under it. I tried it on the floor and the stamp isn’t nearly as good. Do yourself a favor and buy a little anvil if you’re going to stamp with these.

These metal stamps are exactly what they advertise they are. They work really well and look great. As far as ease of use it takes some time to get use to metal stamping but these are as easy to use as any other metal stamps I've used. Great product!

I purchased these to use with my Impressart metal stamping kit. They are a good value compared with the Impressart brand stamps, but they are difficult to impress the full image. You have to hit the stamp multiple times with the hammer from different angles to hope the full image will impress into the metal charms. I had to throw away several charms upon which the full image did not show.

Love my new stamps! Easy to use and great designs!
