Arason Enterprises Creden-ZzZ Queen Cabinet Bed in Cottage Black

This arrived earlier than I expected which made me very happy until we went to assemble it and discovered there was no mattress inside. I contacted the seller immediately and requested that someone get in touch with me as soon as possible to schedule delivery of the mattress as we had a guest coming to town in 1 week. Arason contacted me pretty quickly but I never heard from the manufacturer until after our guest had come and gone. This was very disappointing. We did receive the mattress a couple of weeks later but the whole reason for this purchase was to accommodate extra guests for my daughter's graduation. I have since noticed that I am not the only person who has encountered this problem. If the mattress would have shipped with the cabinet, I would give this 5 stars because the final product turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. I would not hesitate to purchase this again but I would recommend contacting Arason immediately when ordering to see if they can ensure the mattress ships with the cabinet. One final note, this was very easy to assemble, so I would not purchase the assembly option again. It does take at least 2 people to lift this for assembly but it is not hard to put together.

Amazing Murphy chest! Looks beautiful and super easy to convert. Nice drawer space when not in use for sheets pillows etc. Delivered earlier than expected totally in excellent shape. Heavy but easy to assembling. So happy.

So far, I have a cabinet with no mattress. I do not know if this was a shipping mix up or a store error -- but none the less, this item is of no use without the mattress. The description clearly states the unit comes with a trifold mattress -- it's a pretty large item, so I'm sure it didn't get lost in transit. I bought this because I have family coming in two weeks and need a bed for them.

I can not say enough about this company's customer service! When the bed came we set it up without knowing there were little extenders on the bottom of the cabinet, to lift it off the carpet. After a few years, the cabinet's weight pushed it deep into the carpet and so the drawer, which is the bed base, drug and eventually the rollers broke. When I called the manufacturers to see about shipping the parts to me; they just happened to be flying into my hometown the very next day! So taking their vacation time, John and Jane Arason came to my home and repaired the drawer.Now that is customer service!!The bed in this cabinet is actually my favorite in the whole house because of it's comfort. If you have need for an extra bed occasionally and don't want to use the space in a room for it's occasional use, this bed is perfect! It is easy to set up, nice to look at and functional.
