My left handed daughter who likes to cook moved into a new apartment and I wanted to get her a house warming gift that was not a crockpot or coffee mug. Interestingly my office mates and I happened to have a lefty versus righty conversation and I wondered if they made left handed kitchen utensils. I searched Amazon and this came up - I had no idea there was such a thing. At first my daughter was a bit skeptical because to her (and me), spatulas are all the same, but after using this she likes how it feels in her left hand. Overall, a nice, functional and sturdy spatula, Glad I got this for my daughter.

My wife is left handed and has never been able to easily use a normal spatula.The first time she used this to turn over an egg, it was as smooth as silk and now it is the only spatula she uses.A great treat for southpaws.

After deciding I needed a slotted turner of fish spatula, as I've seen them called, I was surprised to find so few lefthanded options, which with the angle of these things seems critical if you are lefthanded. Kudos to these folks for making one!This is a very sturdy item, and should last a long time. The handle is a hard plastic, and fairly small. I'm sure it will function adequately, but I would have preferred a larger wooden handle. It also lacks the seemingly important sharpened edge, so it will slide under the food easily, like almost all of the higher rated, yet righthanded, options feature.So, sturdy, well balanced spatula, but a small handle and no sharpened edge makes for 4 stars. But....it lefthanded, and I can sharpen the edge, so it's a keeper!

This is a great spatula for left handers, it also beats eggs very well, is of great quality!!If you arent left handed you just wont understand, I did not know how hard i was working to flip and handle foods til i got this! Goes back to the days where there were only right handed sissors and right handed desks, us lefties always had to improvise!The only wishes I would have for this,would be to make a smaller version and slightly more flexibleThnaks for making this and thinking of us south paws!

The finest quality spatula I could need or want. The balance and design are perfect. The left-handed feature is the finishing touch. I wish I’d found it decades ago!

Although as a left hander in a right hand world I have learned to adapt to right handed things, I thought this would be a nice treat for myself. Turns out I have adapted so well to right hander objects that this one actually feels a bit awkward for me to use compared to the right handed version. But it is great quality and does the job. If you struggle with right handed items this is definitely for you.

I love it. It makes frying a lot easier for a lefty. If the handle was made of wood, it would’ve been perfect! One can only dream. :)

I like this and it works great in my left hand. I use it in a stainless steel pan.

I purchased this spatula for my wife and daughter, both are left handed. They really like it and find it much easier to use than the standard spatulas. It works great on non-stick pans. I wish there was a metal version for cast iron and stainless cookware.
