Goodbye callouses, Hello softness!
I was honestly scared to try this, but the callouses on my feet were getting so bad, and these were “on sale” so I had to give it a go.Getting the baggies of liquid open and on my feet was a little tricky. I sat on the edge of my bathtub in case anything spilled or leaked out. I was very careful and used the little stickers provided to secure them on my feet. I still felt like the part that goes up over your ankle could be a bit deeper - I was afraid that the liquid would get out, so I put a pair of old socks over them to keep the baggies secure.I then CAREFULLY made my way to the couch and sat upright with my feet on the floor for the full 90 minutes. You obviously cannot put your feet up or the liquid will 100% leak out.The liquid also smells strongly of chemicals because... that’s what it is. I think I tossed the socks after because even after I washed them, I could still faintly smell the chemicals. So after the 90 minutes, I carefully made my way back to the tub and removed the booties, then thoroughly rinsed my feet. Nothing hurt, everything was normal. The instructions say it will take about 7 days before the skin will begin to peel. That’s roughly what I experienced too, however at about day 2 I could start to see and feel that the skin was different. My feet were super dry (they are supposed to be. The skin is dead), and the sensation was almost like when you walk barefoot and step on a piece of plastic that gets stuck to the bottom of your foot. It’s strange, but not painful or uncomfortable. By day 5 I was closely examining my feet every chance I could for peeling. Alas, nothing until day 7, BUT, that’s when it all began. It started with the cracking in the crevices - in between toes and in the lines on the bottom of my feet. The instructions stress that you shouldn’t pull the skin off, that you need to let it come off naturally. I would agree with that. You CAN actually start pulling, but I could see how you could get carried away and pull skin off that wasn’t ready. Being as impatient as I am, I ignored instructions and pulled anyway. That didn’t hurt either, it was oddly satisfying (though I wouldn’t recommend doing this around other people because- yuck). The skin underneath was SO soft and new. Literally like baby skin. Amazing. It did end up taking about another week for the majority of the old skin to shed. What I didn’t consider was how much my feet had been protected with the old callouses. Without the extra barrier of protection, I could feel EVERYTHING. I have hardwood floors throughout my entire house, and man let me tell you - the first day or two was somewhat painful to walk without the extra cushion. I think with carpet it wouldn’t be as bad. I either got used to it, developed a tiny layer of new callous, or I really shouldn’t have pulled prematurely, but then the discomfort was over and I was left with beautiful, shiny, soft feet! It’s been a few weeks now and my feet are still healthy and soft!I think I’ll use this product twice a year - at the end of winter and the end of summer - as long as it remains on sale. The regular price was listed around $50-$60, but I only paid around $10-$12. I don’t know that I’d pay the higher price, but for the sale price, it’s absolutely worth the money!

I Started Peeling in 48 hours!
I have tried a lot of the foot peels generally made in Korea and a staple in K Beauty. I enjoy the fascination with the skin peeling off in a morbid way. Then my feet are so soft until I start going around the house barefoot and build my rough feet and callouses back to where it was and peel them again if I need pretty feet for an engagement I had plans on attending. This particular foot mask, Prettyvol Foot Mask Baby Your Feet, which has a very unique black box to hold two, caught my eye because it’s new and I hadn’t tried it yet, and the distinctive box.I put them on Wednesday 9/4, and by Friday two days later they had already just started to peel. I have never had one that reacted so quickly before and I like it. My foot hasn’t gotten to the major peel yet, but has started peeling on the top of my feet.I have tried in the past one or two that actually gave me a chemical burn, but this one was so gentle. The socks with the chemicals in them have a thinner plastic than others so be careful. They don’t stay up in heel area, but I was sitting down and adjusted them to where they covered what was needed. I would suggest as the instructions indicate that you put socks over them to keep the booties in place and will keep your toes from popping through the thin plastic like my big toe did, and I have small feet too. No liquid or chemicals of any kind came out of the hole, there was zero cleanup, except my feet when done. One other thing, the chemical smell can be very strong, another reason to put socks over them.Other than the too thin plastic I have to say I like these the best of all others I have tried. The price is very fair and I started peeling in two days a definite plus over the 10 days it usually takes me.By the way my foot wasn’t dirty, those are bruises from my 130 pound dog stepping on it.

GROSS but so worth it!
I have never done a foot peel, but I am now addicted! I followed the directions and thought "How can this work?" But believe me, it does. I just have to warn you that it will be gross when your feet start to peel. Last summer, I was tired of my feet feeling so hard, and in some places the skin was cracking. I thought I would try Foot peel mask to see what would happen. I followed the directions and put on the footies for 1 1/2 hours, then I cleaned my feet. After a few days, I noticed some skin starting to peel away. A couple of days later, I went to help my daughter move and I was wearing birks and looked down and all of the extra skin on my feet was peeling off. It was so gross. They say not to pull the skin off, but it is kind of like after getting a sunburn, you like to peel the skin off, it's somehow satisfying. It took a week for the skin to finish peeling, and I have to say, I can't remember a time when my feet have been this soft and smooth. I would highly recommend doing a foot peel when it is colder outside and you have to wear socks, because you sure don't want to wear sandals when the peeling begins. People will think you have leprosy or something.

My peeling started late but worked..Ugly top of foot peeling
Instructions should warn to avoid spillage. As I tried to open one it spilled out and got sticky crap all on the floor! The smell reminds me of fragrant acetone, a step less pungent than a nail salon but disconcerting nonetheless.I timed it and after 50 mins my left heel began to sting sharply! I I started to scream! Ran to rinse both feet. My peeling took maybe 12 days. It worked about 80% well on my soles and for the calluses and bunion. Was surprising. The one thing I hate was the peeling on the upper foot. It was splotchy and impossible to feel. It looked bad for over a week, maybe two. There should be a solution to cover the tops... I may use washcloths next time for those!
