Headspace Gauge 223 GO and NOGO

Go gauge works fine, no go gauge is 1.4666 instead of 1.46706 or 1.4670, which caused me to freak out when I tried it and my rifle failed. No go gauge is short and a NO GO.

if you know what your doing you can save yourself a lot of money whether its checking headspace on a newly built rifle or checking it on an older one before you buy, checking to see if you will have to install a new barrel costing you more money. they are high quality they ship in bubble wrap and are well worth the money, if you are going to pay a gunsmith to do it invest in these instead. however i do recommend you get an extractor tool before you have to hunt around your workshop like i did if your checking it on an ar15

If you don't want your newly built gun to go all explody on you, its a good thing to invest in.

A must have for your AR build and I am very pleased with the quality and price. I ordered these gauges after a series of malfunctions with a rifle for the past 6 months. Turns out, it's a headspace issue and we caught it before something catastrophic happened. I would recommend these gauges to someone who buys used rifles or is building their own.

Would give it 5 stars if each had a color band for easy distinction between go and no-go.
