At Strong Microbials we produce crop specific inoculants. For use on High Moisture Corn - 1 package will treat 50 ton or 1700 bushels of corn. Guaranteed microbial analysis: Lactic acid Bacteria 200 billion CFU/g LB+ means this product has Lactobacillus buchneri fermentation product, which produces acetic acid and other compounds that significantly reduce spoilage organisms. Natural enzymes from Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtlis and Trichoderma longibrachiatuym convert plant fiber starches into simple sugars, which in turn provides substrate for lactic acid bacteria (LAB) to utilize as energy. The Pediococcus LAB initiates fermentation and works at high pH range. The Enterococcus LAB reduces pH within the first 8 hours. This paves the way for Lactobacillus LAB's to compete fermentation by producing large amounts of lactic acid under low pH conditions.
