Made a yummy pulled "pork" vegan sandwich. It was AMAZING. The jackfruit doesn't have a sweet taste or really no taste. You have to add your own flavor to it but it is a good substitute for meat.

Both cans were heavily dented. If you are buying this because you had fresh ripe (SWEET) jackfruit and want to relive the flavor, you will be mildly disappointed. This is about as similar to freshly ripened jackfruit as canned pear is to a fresh pear. Its just a fact of the canning process.

I love it, so worth the price, it's much more expensive in my grocery store in my home town, It makes a great snack or add to smoothies.

Good overall quality, I did need to remove the seeds for the consistency I wanted (used it to make mock pulled pork and "chicken" noodle soup)... Was tasty!

This was a necessary addition to my ice cream. The syrup was not thick nor to sweet. Word of caution, once open, use within 5 days and keep in the refrigerator. Will buy again.

Cans were damaged

It's unbelievably good. I was surprised about the taste. Juicy and sweet. It's a shame it's so expensive. Would eat it everyday
