All of our coffees are roasted from our proprietary blend of single origin, certified organic, fair trade beans.
- Our recommended brew ratio is to mix .06 gram of ground coffee per 1 gram of water for perfect pour over, drip coffee, and french press extraction. Mix 15-20 grams per 4 cup measurement on Aeropress for best extraction.
