I bought this product because I desperately needed something to protect my car in the summer heat in AZ. Unfortunately this product is absolutely the most bananas design I have ever seen for covering a car.irst off: the material does reflect heat well. BUT the design is so ridiculous and useless I don't understand what the hell the makers were thinking. Basically its a giant cover for your car EXCEPT it doesn't fully cover your car. It has draw strings along its bottom edge meant to be pulled to tighten the cover around your car's outside surface—but it only extends about halfway down the sides of your car—its not designed to go to the ground. For reasons unknown to man.So, understanding that every car tapers, as a shape, from the bottom up—when you pull the drawstring to tighten the cover against your car, it RIDES UP the sides of the car—without fail, every time. This cover doesn't really want to stay on your car. They provide plastic hooks to connect to the drawstring and hook around your wheel wells, but its ridiculous to use these.Why they didn't just make these large enough to reach the ground, and the the bottom of the car is beyond me. To boot there's about 10 feet extra material extending beyond the back of the vehicle. Again: a design that's absolutely bananas.Oh, the best part: your car will look either look like a steakhouse, foil wrapped, baked potatoe on steroids or a giant Chipotle Burrito to-go with this thing on it.Anyway, I managed to Jerry-rig this thing to stay but what is going on? The good news: It's cheap, I don't mind that I have it and have to Jerry-rig it, but still... I have a feeling the Israeli company that makes this product had access to fixed sizes of this awesome, heat reflecting material and created a shoe-horned design to cover cars. Or maybe they were all just smoking so much Yemenite Hash that they were too stoned to double check their work.So in essence: yes this does work to block out the sun's heat in your car but even if you are skilled enough to rig it to stay on your car it will look like you have a giant burrito to go.

Misleading product. Product illustrates that it also protects from rain and snow. This is way i spend hours reading and researching different car covers for this protection that i needed but come to find out the cover does not. I read through the instructions, at the end in bold lettering "ATTENTION" illustrating a slash across snow and rain. Now I have to waste my time returning the two covers i orderd for my car and suv.

I bought this thinking it was a reflective car cover, and it's that, and unfortunately so much more. And not in a good way.The pictures don't accurately show what this thing really is. That's deceptive, and I think not altogether unintentional. Amazon shouldn't allow this thing to be sold with the pictures currently displayed.The reflective cover is contained in a 3.5 foot wide black plastic clam shell that, wait for it, suctions & straps to the TOP of your trunk. And in theory stays there semi-permanently. When you're not using the cover you fold it back into the clam shell which then clips shut. But the large, black, plastic, clam shell lives, and rides attached to your trunk lid like some kind of giant super cheesy spoiler.When I got it in the mail I was like what, in, the, he// . . . ? Honestly, it's to the point of being laughably ridiculous.My theory is that this thing was some sort of college design project. And as relates the cleverness of the idea I'd give it an A. But in terms of it's unbelievably tacky ugliness riding exposed on the trunk of your car I'd give it an F. Maybe, and this is a BIG maybe, if you had some old beater you didn't care about it could be a solution. But if you have an old beater you don't care about why do you need a car cover?I drive a Lexus and there is no way on earth I'd ever consider this thing once I saw what it was. And the photos showing it on the back of a BMW, just no, not ever. I can't imagine anyone looking at this thing and thinking "Sweet, a big plastic storage container mounted to the top of my trunk that contains my car cover!"To say nothing of the fact that there is nothing stopping people from opening the plastic box and messing with it.I say this with total sincerity, I think a group of friends made this thing as a joke. And every time one sells they sit around drinking beer and cracking up.

Straight to the point... To a certain degree I understand that it's not a full car cover and that certain parts of the car will still get wet but it's not waterproof in this area because there are several slits on top of this cover, so if you have a antenna on your hood this will allow the antenna to go through and will not hinder the cover in anyway. It's a shame that at least the sedan cover is that it's not as advertised and for that reason I returned it.

The cover comes with nice storage bag that is neat. Dont have to worry where to store it when you dont need it. The bag has pretty long adjustable straps . The cover light and big enoughr for my mazda hatchback. Usually we dont drive my car over week ends so its nice to have the cover that protect it from hot California”s sun. Cover easy to put on, all the additional hooks are included. So far we are happy, Now our car is protected .

This product mounts a huge receptacle on the trunk or hatch of the vehicle. NOT conducive of Rain, Cold, Mist, ice or virtually anything. Not sure if it works cannot get to work as described. Disappointed :( bought 2.

I was searching for car cover and this item came up. I’m very impressed with quality and it is definitely nice to sit in the car during hot day and not to burn bottom ;)

We bought a cover as a gift. Very beautiful and big for little money. Good packaging and excellent quality. It will use a long time. Take for personal use and as gifts! Thank you!
