Junk. Don't waste your money. I had received this and after using it for just about 5 weeks, the base and middle section of the unit developed a huge crack and the spout started to disintegrate. I contacted the seller and after sending them photos of the dispenser, they were very nice and said they would provide me with a one time replacement of the broken/defective parts and they actually sent me 2 replacement pump tops and base parts. We uninstalled the trashed dispenser parts and switched them out with the new replacement parts, but jn less than 3 weeks the replacement parts also cracked and began oxidizing and splitting splitting. We pulled this unit out and threw it in the trash along with the other parts they had sent and decided to spend more money and replace it with a new Moen soap dispenser which we also purchased from Amazon. For the past 24 years I have only had all Moen kitchen and bath faucets in my home. I have been very happy with all of my Moen products and whenever I have a problem with any of their products (which is very rarely), they have either replace the unit or sent (free of charge) any parts needed to repair anything. I was trying to save a few bucks by buying an inexpensive soap dispenser, but it actually ended up costing a lot of time and aggravation only to realize you really do get what you pay for..

Spout is short and soap tends to gather at the tip and dry. It looks nice but the spout needs to be longer.

The dispenser drips soap. Other than that, it's fine for the price point.

This product is superior to others I have had to replace because of clogging. The only negative is that the extension to the containe is very short and may not be long enough for your counter depth.

The oil rubbed bronze was really almost black but it dispenses soap.

Works great but to refill, you should use a new ketchup bottle to prevent air lock.

Bronze started coming off the top after a month
