Yuzu Pao Sriracha Sauce - Red (8 ounce)

Grabbed tis on a whim at Home Goods and panicked when I ran out. Fortunately one quick zap with the Amazon app had it on my doorstep the next day. Hot and tangy with a nice citrusy zest. Great on fish and poultry, and I use it to boost broths too.

Rather citrisy just no heat at all, very disappointing.

Thought this would be like the Asian rooster sauce with a citrus note.This is thinner in consistency and the flavor wasn't to my taste. It wasn't "bad" but it wasn't good either.We don't like enough to use it and it just sits in our fridge.

Definitely can taste the yuzu in it. While it does have some nice heat, it's a more refined product. Works great as an interesting alternative to wasabi on sushi.

As other reviewers have noted this is not a replacement for Sriracha. But if you like the flavor of Yuzu, this is a great sauce for dipping or to bring out the flavor in something otherwise lackluster. I like it on stir-fry, and it's really nice on sausage, or with eggs, or avocado toast... the list goes on!

Gross taste.

It has a very strong citrus and sweetness to it when compared to the baseline Huy Fong Sriracha. It was still enjoyable if you like yuzu flavored items. For me, it was a little to far a departure from Huy Fong though.

I don’t want to write a negative review. There isn’t anything *wrong* with this sauce, but I just can’t seem to find a use for it. It is not a replacement for sriracha sauce.
