Beans72 Organic Aromatherapy Buckwheat Pillow - Queen Size (20 inches x 30 inches) Made in USA

I was in the market for new pillow and happened upon this buckwheat version by Beans72. It’s reasonably priced for the amount of buckwheat you receive in it (generously filled). Personally, I find it very comfortable, not noisy at all (since I don’t move too much when trying to fall asleep), and it was packaged neatly (NO bugs whatsoever). I really enjoy that it keeps my head cool (even with my long [quarantine] hair). If you’re in the market to buy a buckwheat pillow, this is a good investment that will last a long time. Just be sure to do your research when it comes to some of the gripes people (read: Westerners) have with these pillows. It takes some time to get used to (noise, firmness), but really helps to support and isolate your head. Great product in my opinion, Beans72! Now I have to get one for my wife...

LOL, I'm 1/2 Japanese and 1/2 English. Guess my English side hated it, but my Japanese side wasn't all that impressed either! Gave it a week trial--really tried to like it. But just too firm. As one reviewer noted "it's like sleeing on a bag of rice." Needed to remove ~ 20-25% of husks right away just to make it useable. Ultimately can't use it for my head. Back/side sleeper. Now using as a between-the-legs pillow. A bit heavy, but keeps it's shape and seems to breathe. I am giving it 3 stars because it seems as advertised. Good quality. To the right person, could be fine. IMPORTANT: I was going to return, but YOU must pay return postage, so to me, not worth the grief. Still might have returned it, but return instructions are clear in that they want original box and ALL packing slip/manual etc. My mistake for not keeping box/etc, so I don't fault the company. The Organic Aromatherapy Buckwheat Pillow might be labeled Queen Size but it is fit for a King! The pillow is a bit small when compared to a regular queen size but the benefit of using it to get a good night's rest is 'HUGE'! My husband, aka 'The Boss' and 'King of the Castle', says there is no doubt about it, using his  Organic Aromatherapy Buckwheat Pillow - Size (14" x 20")  helped him attain his first good night's sleep in weeks. He awoke without experiencing the usual severity of pain in his neck and shoulder area. As a bonus, I found it lessened his snoring.I am ordering this one for him to use at home while the other pillow will be kept at our cabin. This is an excellent high quality product and was received very quickly. The saying, 'You can't put a price on a good night's sleep' was not true in this case! ~ Mrs B. (The Boss :) agrees!)

I had one before and left it in a hotel. Couldn't wait to get another. This one is larger... barely fits in my queen pillow case... could have used a smaller one but it's a keeper!

For as long as I can remember, I have always felt tired, and sore. I have had this pillow for only one night, my shoulders and neck feel great today. At first I didn't think I was going to enjoy this pillow because it is very firm. So I did what the other reviews said and formed it to support my neck and shoulder and wiggle my head into a comfortable position, and went to sleep. I am a side sleeper and the pain in my arm has ease 75% neck 100% shoulders 100% headaches 100% gone. I am sure with time getting used to the firmness of this pillow will come in the following weeks. This is coming from a person who loves extra soft pillows. But never realizing how poor my sleep really was with soft pillows until this one night with buckwheat. I will tell friends and family of this pillow. So keep in mind buckwheat is not a cloud but true comfort at the end of a night sleep.

I don’t get it.... I feel like I’m getting plunked. It’s like it’s over stuffed with heavy crunchy rice. Haha.Has absolutely 0 give so neck is cranked to even lay head down.It has a noisy crunchy filling which isn’t very peaceful to lay your ear on for sure. I like a firm form fitting pillow and was hoping for comfort. This just isn’t it .But..... it does smell nice.

I recently had shoulder surgery and had purchased a pillow that was supposed to be great for side sleepers and within a month it went flat! After visiting Osaka, Japan, I discovered that they used buckwheat pillows which I thought would be horrible, but I ended up really liking these pillows!I searched on line and found this one with Lavender in the pillow and "I LOVE IT!".... It was excellent door my shoulder and I was finally able to sleep on my side!!! I highly recommend it.....

Both my husband and I are new to buckwheat hulls, so we can only compare to 'standard' pillows; both of us agree that this is much better than either foam or down, and both of us are sleeping more soundly and waking less since we got this pillow. Whoever has it for that night gets the better night's sleep!I was a little concerned about getting the queen size, based on some of the reviews, but it's just fine - not too much at all, and totally shift-able. I like that it can be used for all types of sleeping positions, as I tend to shift a lot until I fall asleep. (Actually, it occurs to me that I'm doing a lot less of that now that I have this pillow.)My husband has now taken the stance that it's his "birthday present" (his birthday's in October! lol) so now I have to order another one for myself! :-)Absolutely great product!
