Well written. Embracing biracial truths and reality. Avan proves (not that he had to) he's more than just a pretty face. Also proved to make me even more grateful my parents taught me to be a complete compassionate human and not just a single color or race. Diversity is a gift. Being biracial is a gift. Forces people to open their minds to the divine creative world we live in and all its beautiful possibilities.

Evan Jogia's book is pure gold. As a biracial person I resonated with all of the poems and stories collected by other biracial/multiracial people. I am almost done with the book but I don't want it to end. I also love the quality of the book - and the pictures/drawings. Overall one of the best books I have!

This book is a collection of inclusive poems by different biracial people. It includes a variety of "types" of biracial people so it's not just one kind. A great addition to any secondary classroom library or for anyone wanting to see the world from others points of views.

Lovely textured cardstock cover and looks exactly like the photos. Rich colors. Avan's my kind of deep. Excited for this read.

This book was so powerful, relatable and eloquently expressed. As a mixed person I saw a lot of myself in this book and it really reflected how mixed people feel all over the globe. I love that it took personal submissions and really poetically focused on other people's perspectives and not just the author's.This is definitely a forever book, to keep and read again and again.
