Yes they do but the real weight loss comes from the tea I did the kit and it was a great help but I still use the tea for a week every month because it’s a great cleanse but you still have to eat right and exercise even if it’s just walking for 30 minutes a day you definitely have to put work in on your end to be successful on these products
