Wow!
This is just a lovely brush and a real joy to use. I discovered the Princeton Aqua Elite series of watercolor brushes a while ago and I’ve purchased several of them. This big brush is perfect for doing large washes - it releases the water and paint onto the paper so smoothly. It also has a great point so it can be used for details better than other large wash brushes I have. One other thing I appreciate about the Aqua Elite series is the way they feel in my hand when I paint. I paint several hours a day, most days, and I notice I have less hand fatigue when I use these brushes. I think it has to do with how well balanced they are.

Great brush!!
I am an intermediate watercolorist, and I was very happy to find this brush. It works well as a script/detail brush (with the long beautiful point) and a regular round (hold lots of water and paint). It is holding up very well and maintaining its point with regular use. I highly recommend this brush!

High quality
I saw this recommended by a YouTuber whose teaching I am currently using. The brush has a beautiful tip for fine lines, it’s east to control the amount of water you want, and it’s comfortable to hold. I have smaller Princeton brushes from the Velvet touch series, which are quite nice, but this brush is even better.

Nice watercolor brush
This is a nice brush. It holds a lot of water and comes to a good point. It’s not a Kolinsky but it performs very well. Worth the price

Nice brush for the $
This brush was on the supply list for a class; otherwise, I would not have bought it. I'm glad I did. It's a very versatile brush that holds lots of water and a good point. It's quickly become a favorite.

Important Shape Looks Well Made
This brush, far left seems well made. It is synthetic but at least accurately described and truthful. I have not used this variety of Princeton, but for the price of this line, it seems good. The middle brush, a Silver Black Velvet is one of my favorite brands. It is a combo of genuine squirrel and synthetic. It has high water capacity while the synthetic provides a little more stiffness and durability. The one disadvantage is a higher price point. Still I have had all mine(9) plus a set of travel ones. I have had most for 5-10 yrs. I wanted to try a less expensive one in a large size so chose this. The travel brush at the other end is also a synthetic. It’s always a plus to have several sizes. I will see how it lasts. I think I’m good now, lol.

This brush holds lots of color and water, but has a very fine tip which allows you to paint fine detail.

Fantastic brush
Absolutely in love with this brush. It’s well made with springy bristles that holds a good amount of pigment/water with a fine point. Absolute joy to use. Will be buying more in other sizes to add to my collection.
