It may works on light pain but if you take pills for cramps pain. Then don't trust this roll on ,you may suffer later.I also trusted on this product but it didn't work at all.I'm writing this review in severe pain. I regret that I trusted this product.Do not buy it's only for light pain

Very effective, I need to massage my wife but with this I'm free from massaging her. I can be comfortable for those 6-7 days she being comfortable

Waste of money.
I bought this roll on after reading all the positive reviews, but it didn't work for me. The oil does nit get absorbed into the skin, instead it gets transferred to the clothes. Waste of money. I'm now using the hot water bag which never disappoints.
