NegriniCases 2018TS/4835 Compact Handgun Case for ABS 1 Gun W/Acc/Pluck-n-Pull Die Cut Foam, Black/Black

I purchased two of these cases to hold (1) 9mm Beretta and (2) Glock 23. Some of the things that drew me to the case were the compact size, the locking mechanism, and the fact that you can customize the foam to fit the shape of the handgun.This case does not disappoint in any respect, although maybe it's a little pricey relative to some other cases out there. I think this is most likely because it comes from Italy and it's a pretty high quality case.I use it only to transport guns to the practice range, and for that, it's great. The lock was very easy to "program" and it's a typical briefcase style lock with a range of numbers from 0-9 with three dials across two separate locks. The foam was very easy to remove to fit the gun securely, although it was a bit time consuming, but worth it.I would not recommend this case as an option for keeping guns from children or for long-term storage (if the case were to be stolen by a thief.) I imagine that with a really good set of pliers, you can break off the lock catch mechanism pretty easily.All in all, a great case for storing a handgun and a couple magazines for transport.

Overall, this case if very nice. I had a few areas of the foam that wouldn't stay together. I wrote Negrini customer service and received a rude response and unwillingness to help. As nice as the case is, I'm not sure I would buy it again after my customer service (lack-of) experience.
