Great Support!!!!
So I got the battery charger, and I was going to use it for my DRONE, Well I was super excited when it got here. So I open it up like a kid on Christmas even though I'm 35 :-) So I'm super stoked and I go to plug it in and it doesn't work. Man was I so annoyed, well knowing about electronic's I decide to locate another power supply to see wether It's the device or power supply bad. So I got a power supply to equal Volt's/amp's, I plug it in and it works. I so thrilled.. So I have amazon customer support call me I describe the problem they say NO PROBLEM will ship another just replace the power supply in the box and send back. I said "will you make sure there is a prestamped packing in there to just put the device in and drop off" he said "yes no problem" well I could barley understand him.. next thing I know like 1-2 days later its here. Well No packing label or anything.. Which totally annoys me.. I have to litterally print out a paper for ups some how get packing material all that jazz.. So I finnally just callled them up and explained the problem, They decided to let me just keep the new power supply also. I thought overall they have GREAT SUPPORT.. I do LOVE AMAZON VERY MUCH!!! I had no problems sending it back I was just going to do it at FEDEX Instead of USPS. So they knew Power Supply Does work ;-) So overall product works great, Just had a issues with the first power supply!!!!

Nice Little LiFePO4 (among others) Battery Manager
This unit seems to be a clone of the Tenergy TB6-B battery charger/discharger/balancer. I bought it since it was less $$$ than the Tenergy unit, while providing what seemed to be the same functionality.I like it since it comes with everything you need, including a power supply. As a newbie to LiFePO4 batteries for a home solar power system, I wanted a charger that could handle surplus batteries bought on another site. I chose this unit, and am happy in general.Using it is a bit complicated. My advice is to push buttons until you figure it out, AND look at various YouTube videos available for similar units. It comes with a manual, but that's only semi-helpful. You'll learn by doing.I used this unit to charge surplus LiFePO4 batteries, and appreciate the ability to select voltage output (in case you're trying to charge single 3v cells, or 12v battery packs, or...).It seems to have the ability to drain/recharge/drain batteries to "exercise" them, but I've not used that feature yet.Output amperage is 6A, which met my needs.Overall, I'm happy with it. I get the occasional "Connection Break" error at random times, which is a bit frustrating (hence 4 stars rather than 5). I'd buy it again.

The charger itself is good, the cables that come with it, not so good.
The charger itself is good, the cables that come with it, not so good. They provided a cable that will allow you to power the charger from a 12V battery. The wires in this cable are 22AWG. That's way too small to handle the maximum amperage that this charger will demand. They should be 18AWG, or 16AWG.Also disappointed that no automotive power port (aka cigarette lighter) adapter is available to power the charger. Most SUVs have a power port in the cargo area for convenient charging. I will have to make one of these, I would prefer to buy one.

Charger works great but the AC adaptor is dangerous!!
The item charges and balances everything very well. However, within 2 days the included AC adapter started hissing and getting so hot it melted the varnish on the table I had placed it on. I can imagine it would only be a matter of time before the AC adapter caught itself or something else on fire. Maybe I got the 1 out of 100 that is like this, but either way, beware.

This is a clone
I bought this not realizing it was a clone, since it wasn't advertised as a clone. This looks to be the same as the one sold by Hobbymate, which is correctly advertised as a clone. The voltage it showed on my Li-Ion batteries was off by a few percent compared to my volt meter. Otherwise, it seems to work correctly. I returned it and bought a better charger: HTRC LiPo Charger Dual 1-6S Balance Battery Discharger Duo C240.

How to properly use this type of charger
For those of you that have never use this type of battery charger, take a moment and watch the video it'll explain a little bit more in detail if I had done that then I would not have had to return item, in retrospect we'll see how the long-term usage has as far as any other failure

A must have for your Lipo battery's!
With the help of a few video's, my husband was able to make sure that he had everything set up correct per battery. He uses this charger for ALL of our Lipo battery's. Definitely worth it!

Don't bother.
I bought this back in Aug but unfortunately haven't been able to try it until now. I wish I would have tried it right away because now I can't return it. It won't charge my batteries at all. I hook them up and after a few seconds it says they are full. I tried emailing the manufacturer but haven't heard anything back. Hopefully they eventually get back to me and can send me a new unit that works.
