The media could not be loaded.  Not so easy to put together. Needs a little bit of figuring out but manageable. The manual comes in chinese so goodluck. The product itself is nice. It’s a bit flimsy but it works as advertised. Just be careful when putting it together as the pieces are brittle but when it’s all said and done. You’ll love it👍 I think the price should be cheaper but whatever.08/30/2019 UPDATE:I contacted the company when I first got my boxes because one of the set has broken pieces. They were quick to respond and very friendly. Today, I got my replacement for one of the boxes with no charge. No broken pieces, packaging still same (could be improved by Amazon- looks like Amazon shipped it) and I am overall happy and satisfied. I just think the materials used could get use some reinforcement as it is wobbly and not you sturdy type but other than that. Aesthetics wise, it looks real nice especially when they’re all stacked. I recommend this shoes box for all shoe collectors and crazy organizers like me! I would purchase more in the future!*they even included a freebie in my second shipment 📦 *

Im a hygienist and keep my shoes at work. I have a fear of spiders or critters crawling in my shoes. It’s durable to store shoes but not the greatest. I’m a size 6-6.5 and I have to angle my shoes inward as I try to close them in or pull them out. A wider box by just 1/2 inch more would be perfect. I do like the pull-out drawer concept. A small piece was broken on arrival but fortunately it did not affect the use of using it. I just put string shoes and bandannas in them so it works good.

I really like these boxes. My closet is so organized, I can find the shoes quickly, get the out quickly and put them away just as quick. I am going to buy more of these, a whole lot more of these. Just feed my shoe love here.
