I have used this napkin for about 10 years and my last order disappointed me. The quality--thickness, softness--was not what I have come to expect. Definitely a change from previous experience. No longer worth the extra cost--I will be looking for another brand that has the plushness I had come to expect from this brand.

We use these towels at an interior design firm because they are nicer looking and feeling-almost like they are cloth towels. We love them and have been using them for years.
