good value for the money
you can put a 2,225 tire on this rim. good value for the money. i am 25lbs it will run 26mph top speed. using a 48watt 14ah battery about 24miles to a charge. i would buy it again. the blue and green wire are really close in color. i mixed them up. my son said those wires dont match. problem solved. but the tire will fit on this rim.

I was not happy at first. But I love it now.
I had to make serious changes to the settings in SW900 Parameters. I love it now.

Much Faster Than Advertized
Only time will tell as to longevity but after 2 months and 25 rides I can say this out performs what was claimed.I am big, 6ft 270lb and I coverted my old training bike.Do not install this backward or reverse the polarity from the batteries. My guess is the speed is based on 26” wheels and 700c is closer to 29 inches.

Nice kit but need more what comes in the box
This is a 1200v 700c I’m using a 48v 15ah battery, 29” Walmart bike with 2 disk brakes perfect fit work just fine. It won’t go over 31mph.So, the only 2 things I didn’t like is: The computer get wayyyyyyy to hot that is scaring me and the kit Came with the half twist throttle . Email them about it and they said that’s how it comes . Deliver was really fast. Thank u

It's a fun easy upgrade
If you have an old bike lying about, throw one of these on. It's great for hills, or just cruising, with 1200 watts you feel a nice boost even on eco mode. I never take it out of eco because I like to peddle a little, on power it's hard to keep up even in high gears. I installed it on a $118 Walmart hybrid and installation was easy. I'd recommend a better bike just for safety, I've upgraded several components like the BB, tires, brakes and a bigger sprocket. I love it. Oh, if you need to carry the bike, this and the battery will add quite a bit of weight.mBkp

Good product, great price, supa-fast delivery
I penalized 1 star because the included brake lever with the motor cutoff switch is unacceptably cheap and flimsy. And they only included 4 tiny zip ties (I used 15 heavy duty zip ties for my build). Other than that everything is very well made and works excellently. The controller, motor, display and buttons are quite water resistant, but the connectors are not, so be sure to seal the connections up with shrink tubing or rubber tape. With the 48v 13ah battery I got this motor will get me up to 30mph on throttle alone, and last almost 1 hour, for a 26 mile range. If you use mostly pedal assist mode, you have 5 levels, and can approximately double your range. And you can easily cruise at 16mph on PAS 1, 20mph PAS 2, 22mph PAS 3, 24mph PAS 4 , 26mph PAS 5. If you want to pedal faster than that you will need bigger gears than I have.

Great DIY project for your old bike
I had an old Schwinn that was sitting in the garage not being used. I'm a college student and the limescooters are all the rage on campus. I decided to try electrifying my old bike, save some money on renting a scooter to zoom to class. This is a high quality product at a bargain price. Total cost was just under a grand if you include kit, battery, tools, and installation help. It won't disappoint. Customer service is excellent. I had a defective wheel and controller. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one free of charge under warranty. They are very helpful! This electric kit has exceeded my expectations. It performs absolutely amazing, it is super fast and propels my weight 200lbs up 25% grades. The only downside, because it is so powerful, it sucks up battery quickly. This is especially my case because I often choose to use the throttle at full pedal assist power. I normally get 15-20 miles of range, not pedaling using full throttle. I have yet to experiment with just pedal assist. With such a powerful motor, I regularly exceed 30 MPH. My top speed was 40 MPH! A warning, in most states a motor cannot legally provide assist on a bicycle beyond 28 MPH so if the cops were to pull me over and somehow find out I could lose the bike. So just be weary. It's not really a bike anymore, more of an electric moped.Another thing I found out, because this bike goes so fast, I have to be extra careful on the road. My bike was not built to handle the speeds I exceed, and has no shocks or springs to absorb bumps. I ride on 700CC tires which are thin and prone to slipping and flats. I have worn out my breaks in only two months. The roads on campus are not always paved well, and have potholes. I will say that hitting a pothole on my bike is a recipe for an accident. My advice is to be aware of the limitations of your bike and always maintain control, if that means going slower than go slower. Unfortunately, I took a pothole too fast and dented the wheel of my bike. Try to find good roads, freshly paved or with minimal bumps.Installation can be a little tricky. I purchased this knowing what I was getting myself into. You need a few tools that they do not mention. You will probably need a couple of Allen wrenches, a special tool to remove the freewheel (cassette), and a tool to remove the crank to install the pedal assist sensor. The instructions are not very good, but there are a bunch of videos on YouTube that I used to set it up. At times I did get stuck, and I went to a bike shop to have something fixed or get some expertise. So I would plan on setting some money aside for professional help if you are not mechanically inclined. The pedal assist sensor mount did not fit my bike, so I unscrewed the sensor ring and mounted the sensor using masking tape. Not pretty, but will do.The fact that this is waterproof is good for two reasons: fewer wires to deal with, and less chance of shorting out the motor. Fewer wires made it much easier to tuck them into tight spaces and create a clean install. And I can ride with the comfort of knowing that I won't be shocked if I get caught in the rain.
