This lighting kit bumps the quality of the original set quite a bit. Putting it all together is fairly simple. I did mine after having already completed assembly of the original set. My only criticism is that there are several lighting elements for parts I left out of my model that have no ability to be removed. Other than that it's a great buy.

My grandson is so excited about this that he stayed up late in order to put it together, It works great and looks really cool.

The lights make this Lego set even better! Recommend that if you want to use this with your Lego set, be sure that you have the light set when you are putting the set together; otherwise, you will need to pull pieces apart. We use he battery power to light it u.

Super excited about this successful gift. Requires an adult to help kid install. directions are not great but RESULTS ARE IMPRESSIVE!

Seriously this is pretty awesome! I now look to see what sets I can buy a lighting set for! My husband did install the light set after my son built the LEGO because it was tricky. He has amazed all his friends that he shows! It’s so cool!

Adds a real impact to the iron man gallery. My son absolutely loved it - seemed complicated to fix but he managed to do it on his own at 9 years old.
