I had high hopes for this Zigbee smart plug due to its low cost, but I was very disappointed that it overlaps the 2nd outlet as shown in the attached picture. It installed easily with the Amazon Echo Plus hub, and it works well so far. But due to its size, only a 2-prong plug can be used in the second outlet. If it didn't overlap the second outlet, I would have given it 5 stars.

I was a little bit hesitant to buy this because off brand plugs are not always compatible (even when they claim to be), but I am happy to report that this one works perfectly with my SmartThings App. So glad that I do not have to download another app for this plug. Will purchase more as needed.

I use a Smartthings V3 Hub and have Z-Wave, Zigbee, WiFi, and Internet based accessories linked to it. I know Apple, Google, and Zigbee have all announced a converged standard. Maybe that will come out in our lifetimes. I'm not sure. In the meantime, I've found that Zigbee devices Offer more features and are easier to pair, manage, and use than Z-Wave, so I am slowly replacing my Z-Wave devices with Zigbee equivalents. I ordered this out of curiosity. I wanted to see if a $14.99 Zigbee adapter would work and play well with the rest of my "smart home".- The Zigbee plug adapter works fine.- No problem pairing it to the Smartthings V3 hub.- It works with automations, etc.I had one complaint. I ordered this June 18, 2020. I tracked the delivery each step of the way. It was shipped from China and was delivered to me in Tampa, FL area on July 6, 2020.It may have been due to COVID -19, but even with that, 2-3 weeks is a long time and a long distance for just one plug adapter. Maybe I pay closer attention and stick to ordering through Prime moving forward.

I'm not sure what has caused the problems that other reviewers had with product setup but mine paired up with Smartthings the first time it was plugged in. Perhaps there has been a software change on Samsung's end. I plugged it in, started the device discovery in the Android app and it showed up after about five seconds. Got it renamed and saved and it was ready to go.It has worked perfectly since installation. There is no power usage reported like some other plugs do but it works perfectly for controlling power for devices.

The smart plugs would not connect to Alexa or Samsung Smartthings Hub. In my home I have Samsung plug outlets and they linked immediately. These did not after more than an hour of trying.

I needed a plug that connected to a Zigbee hub. This one worked. First, it takes a long time to connect to Zigbee, and there is nothing you can to to accelerate the process. So, yes, after a long while Zigbee recognized the plug and I was eve surprised to see that the "node red" recognized and allowed me program it very easily. So, I was happy with the product and order another two for expansion. Unfortunately, two days after, the connection was lost and I could never recover it. There is absolutely NO connection to the Zigbee anymore no matter what I do.I had no choice but to return the other two plugs that I had ordered. Better luck for you!

Gave it a shot for an affordable smart outlet. Connected to Smartthings with no problem and controlled my Christmas tree all season, both with time triggers and "Hey Google ..." It worked so well it's now my "go to" model of switch. It has moved to aquarium light duty with more coming for other tasks. Definitely better than old-school outlet timers!

I got these for my entry lamps. I tried to get them to work with my good morning and good night scenes with my Smart Things and couldn't get them to work. I could turn them on and off with my Smart Things, but they wouldn't work with the scene. I got some Singled bulbs to put in the lamps and they solved my problem without using the plugs.
