Awesome product and does what it promises. Feel much better after using it every time. My husband and I really enjoy it and we use it to massage each other. I also showed it to my friends and they were all impressed it after trying it.Pros:1. light. It is quite light and I don't feel tired after holding it with one hand for a 15 min massage.2. four interchangeable heads covering all I need. Ball head is my favorite. Others had also been used and enjoyed.3. powerful. It has 6 speed levels. I am used to 1 and 2. Level 6 is a little bit too much for me, but my husband enjoys it.4. long battery time. I need only charge it once a week. It is quite convenient. I wish my phone can do the same.5. quiet. The noise is really low.6. affordable. The price is very reasonable. Comparing to similar products such as Hypervolt with a price tag of $349, this one only cost me half of it.7. compact design. I like the LCD and touch screen design. Very convenient.Cons:1. the instruction can be better. This is probably the only thing that does not meet my expectation. The instruction is too simple. However, it is not a big deal, because the product is very easy to operate, even without the instruction.

I have a bad back like most thirty something's, and a variety of other sore muscles on almost any occasion. I've been researching some massage devices, and was happy to find this one. It is a bit pricey but the battery is super long-lasting, and it's very powerful. The strong action is very relaxing on tight muscles and I appreciate the multiple replacement heads. The prong type one feels better in concentrated areas, and the round one is fantastic for neck and shoulders. Overall very happy with this device.

You just don't realize how powerful a massager can be until you get this. It is very very powerful oh, so much so that you will have to get used to it probably. I found that a couple of layers of blanket help to make it less strong. The left blue numbers shows the speed and the right members show the percentage of battery charge. The black button will release the battery. The main power button is on the very bottom what you turned it on and the bottom White disc will turn green. There will be a blue power button on the screen of which you press once to go to speed 1 and multiple times to go to higher speeds. Then you press and hold the power button to shut it off and then shut the main power off at the very bottom. So it's very easy to use. This thing is kind of like a masseuse working deep muscles pushing very hard because this thing is strong.

Love it. Works great. Feels just like the hypervolt for half the price.

This was a great investment. If you sit at a desk all day like me and have no time to move around, do yourself a favor and make the investment and buy this product. You will not be disappointed at all. I spend hours a day on the computer for work and have to regularly get massages or have my husband massage my shoulders and neck. Its been a few weeks now and I have used this muscle massage gun a few times during the week for just a few minutes and have not had to get a massage in weeks. This massage has a great case that keeps everything all nice and together. It also has a case inside the case that keeps all you massager parts to keep them from moving all over the place inside the case. It is a great investment and has paid for itself within two weeks. It costs $60 just for one massager plus you have to leave a tip. I love it and I can do it all by myself or have someone else help.

In terms of massaging, this is a great tool. My issue and reason for return is that the device is much too loud, especially with speeds 3-6. It sounds like a drill hammer at speeds 5-6. Also, speed selection is clunky. To stop the device you have to cycle through the other speeds to get to 0 "off". Terrible for when you try to be quiet at speed 2, then you have to cycle through 3, 4, 5, 6 to get back to the off setting.
