This product does not perform as the description proclaims it does. I just got them today, maybe they need to be broken in but that will take at least a year. Just try to imagine strapping a 2x4 to the back of your leg right across the knee. You walk like a penguin because the springs in these won't compress (I'm 175 lbs). Let your full body weight fall downward in a squat and they'll compress but that's not how we walk. You have to have them tourniquet tight and even then my knees bend (while taking a normal step) without any compression of the springs. These are that stiff!! I marked them a 2 star instead of a 1 because i don't think this is a total loss. They will make a good workout resistance band for the hamstring. I have a injured right knee and need to start strengthening the muscles around the knee. Other than that I would not recommend this to anyone that thinks they will walk into the kingdom of happiness with these on.

One star because they arrived much earlier than promised (today, vs sometime in September).With that being said, there are no instructions. They are uncomfortable. Once they were on, they did not seem to work well at all. I which I had purchased the real ones, assuming that they would work. You don’t know me and I don’t know you, but I try to help people as much as possible, so I am telling you not to spend your money on this item. Have a great day!

The product I received did not match the photo on the Amazon page. The product would not stay strapped above and below the knee as advertised and would constantly fall off...it just doesn't work. I was only able to obtain a fifty percent refund due to the cost to ship back (I assume China).

No instructions. Adjustments very limited. Do not appear durable. Uncomfortable. Do not aid in movement.

These did not work for me at all.They dug into the back of my knee.Did not engage until I was in a deep squat so they were useless for walking, hiking...

The strap is not long enough and keep slipping when I bend y knees and not very functional to use. I recommend to review the design and make it easy to put on and easy use.
