Nice little charger, works as advertised. Apple lightning users be aware!
[Update]Company CEO reached me out and kindly explained that the issue I've encountered is because Apple lightning cables contain eMarker chips which draw 5V even if no device is plugged in on the other end. This of course counts as a load by Charger IC logic. I tried connecting several Type-C to Type C cables and indeed, the charger behaved as advertised.Hope Apple finally gets rid of lightning on iPhones this year, it's ridiculous at this point."I have my Macbook pro 16 hooked to one of the ports of the charger and Type-c to lightning hooked to another port. Even if there is nothing connected to the lightning cable (no any load except cable itself) the charger still decreases the max power to 60w on macbook. Very dissatisfied with this charger, it was supposed to be setup once and used without playing with the cables all the time. Do not recommend absolutely. I want a full refund."

Great charger to reduce power outlet usage
I bought this to consolidate several chargers down to just one and reduce the number of ac outlets needed. It's been used to charge (simultaneously) 10.5" iPad Pro 13" MBP or Dell XPS 13 Bluetooth headphones 10.9" iPadAll of them have charged without a hitch. Amazingly, it doesn't even get very warm when in use. I used double sided tape to mount it to the top of the desk and it hasn't budged. I especially appreciate that the blue power led is muted and not the typical super bright type used on Al lot of other chargers. All in all, this is a great one outlet solution to charge a modest laptop and a few devices simultaneously.

Will not charge laptop without plugging in multiple items
It delivers great power, but with certain devices, it will actually draw power instead of charging (Lenovo Yoga Book 9i, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, 8BitDo SN30Pro). If a few other devices are plugged in first (phone and a battery pack), then it will charge and continue to charge after the other devices are removed. It does charge my Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 fine.It is odd behavior, but it is unreliable enough to get my laptop charging that I can't use it as my primary travel charger.

Stopped working after 11 months
One of the USB-C outlets stopped working after 11 months. I reached out to the company, 30 days ago and then 15 days ago, to activate the warranty, yet they never replied.I would have never purchased the product had I known they don't honor their warranty.

Good Handy Portable PD Charger
Good for charging USB devices such as my iPhone and Logitech mouse and a MacBook Pro 14 inch. At least its small enough than carry a bunch of chargers especially laptop power bricks that would take up space and weight. But there are a few caveats to this device and it depends on your cable and your USB a to c adapter. Some adapters would not charge the device and I don't think its the pd charger, its more like the cable and the adapters depending on the manufacturer and what they would state that it would charge. Does it fit in a laptop sleeve, depending what you have and it sure does fit in mine (Tomtoc Macbook Pro 14).Pros: 1) The appropriate size of the PD charger: not carrying a lot of chargers and taking up a lot of space and weigh which is good for portability. 2) multi-port USB C convenience. 3) Regional Power Cables included in the bundle if you are traveling outside of North America. 4) Have a lot overhead for charging for me personally, but unless you have devices and a laptop that is power hungry that exceeds then you need to go up to and over a 200 watt pd charger.Cons: 1) Depending on your laptop sleeve or case, it may or may not fit. 2) The price, get it when it is on sale. 2) Depends on the cable and the USB C adapter, it may or may not charge so its like a hit and miss. I have a few USB adapters and some of it charges and some don't. It may not be the PD Chargers fault, its what the cable manufacturers are stating and how it communicates to the charger. 3) The device that you are charging or using the PD charger as a power source (see Con #2 maybe factored in) may have issues and the pd charger won't do it (my assumption). You need specific cables that are rated example 100 watt charging or 12 watt for using it as power source. I be careful of buying these cables, some states power wattage requirements and rate to charge and and use as a power source and the cable manufacturer's claim. So don't assume that they are all the same. 4) No USB A port, get USB C cables for charging if possible and don't rely on the adapters, its a hit and miss. 5) Have too many devices to charge, it only has 4 ports, so you need a multi-port that exceeds more than 4.

Excellent - albeit expensive - power supply
This little charger is great - 4 high-powered USB-C ports with automatic power adjusting! That's the great thing about USB-C, with a device like this one you can plug in a number of different types of electronics, and it will switch output accordingly. It also has a chart on the back that gives a clear indication of which ports give which output with any specific combination of output. That's especially useful when plugging in your laptop alongside other products. It is small and compact, and feels really solid. No qualms about the build here! That said, the cost is a bit shocking. I think it might be normal for something with 4 ports that can go up to a combined 165 watts, but it is still a lot when compared to a dedicated Macbook charger. That said, I no longer need 4 separate chargers or to use slots on my Macbook to charge smaller devices, so that is a big win!

Replaced my Satechi 165W last minute, worked perfectly during travel.
(Update) After over a month of usage, performed well in France and in Canada. Updated to 5 stars!Purchased last minute, because my other GaN Charger died right before travelling. I was surprised how similar sized this was to the Satechi.Compared to the Satechi 165W 4 ports, it runs cooler but does not charge my devices as fast (but can't prove it as I didn't perform metric tests). Also compared to the Satechi does not emit a coil whining.I was happy that it came with cables for Europe and UK.

Great purchased
I did a lot of research before buying. Items like this include a lot of false promises, and clever tricks in wording regarding features. I tested this with many devices and with a usb power tester and it checks all the boxes and lived up to all manufacturing claims. This is a high quality device, and possibly the best usbc charger out there

Does not power Beelink Ser6 Pro. Mini PC requires 100w but this unit fails to deliver.
I bought this to power my new Beelink Ser6 Pro 7735hs along my Uperfect 18 max monitor that requires 100w PD and 45w PD. Even with only the mini PC hooked up. It does not output enough to keep it running. It boots and then shuts down a few seconds later. I am returning it.
