AWESOME workout dvd!!!
I just received my Lindsay Brin's Shed 5 Fast in the mail yesterday (received it in record time- 7 to 10 days for free shipping, nope try 4 days!) popped it in first thing this morning and I am super stoked!I love workout dvd's (SAHM here, so don't have a lot of time- I want 'em short & to the point- I do NOT have an hour to workout like I used to) This workout is PERFECT! Its new moves that I've never done- and I have a TON of workout dvd's. Its high energy- love the music, love Lindsay's energy/ attitude.I also really like that there are two workouts so after the recommended 3 weeks of doing the 1st workout, I'll try the next level.I have 2 kids (Just like Lindsay- which, btw, is really cool to have an instructor that really has been there, know's what motherhood & pregnancy does to a woman), my 2nd is 6 months old. I reached my "pre-pregnancy weight" before he was 6 mos old but my body is still not the same- as expected.So, like I said started this morning & am excited to commit to this (especially since I'll be 30 in about 2 months). I took before pics because I have a feeling Lindsay is going to help me achieve an even-better-than-pre-pregnancy body. :)I'll update my progress after 6 weeks of doing the workouts. :)

Love it!
Lindsay Brin has helped get me in some of the best shape of my life, first with Post Natal Bootcamp and now with Shed 5 Fast! With this video I have continued to get stronger and leaner. Not only do I look good, but I am doing pushups! Not even girl pushups, REAL pushups! Lindsay is a great motivator, knows her stuff, is not annoying and is clearly in excellent shape herself. I love that this video is 30 minutes. I really needed a quick but excellent workout and that is exactly what this is. There are 2 great workouts so you don't get bored. I love the variety of exercises and that there are new exercises I have never done before on this video. Thank you Lindsay Brin for kicking my butt! I feel amazing and strong and that gives me great confidence!

Good for beginner/intermediate levels
This dvd was OK. It would be good if you're tired & don't have a lot of energy or have never worked out before or just starting out. Although there are different levels, at the end of it I didn't feel as winded & tired as I would've wanted to be, especially if this is to "shed 5 fast." The strength training intervals were good, but the cardio was weak - if you don't like kickboxing I wouldn't recommend Lindsay's dvd since she does a lot of kickboxing for the cardio portions.

Another great workout from Lindsay!
I got this workout at the same time I purchased Lindsay's first boot camp dvd. After doing the first 3 weeks of the boot camp program, I started adding in sessions from Shed 5 a few times a week just to switch it up. Don't hesitate! This is a great workout and is definitely tightening and toning me up after baby. This has made it possible for busy mom like me to get back in shape, stay motivated and have fun while working out. The program is challenging, but it's working! I love that this dvd is focused in giving the maximum amount of results in short, targeted workouts making it possible to get my workout in while the baby naps. Thanks Lindsay!

Great Workout!
I love this dvd! It's a fun workout, and it usually leaves me feeling a little sore the next day which I love. It's not so difficult that I don't want to do it, but you can definitely tell it's helping you get into shape. It's easy to follow too. Lindsay does a really good job of explaining what to do and how to do it so you aren't left staring at the tv wondering how to do certain moves. :-)

too slow paced for me
This DVD has two workouts - the first one, I do to warm up for J. Michael's 30-Day-Shred. I don't do it by itself because I find it too slow-paced and my heart-rate doesn't really get up there. The second one, I don't like at all - the pace is just much too slow for me. I strongly prefer Lindsay's Boot Camp 2. Nonetheless, I do the first workout (with 30-Day-Shred) once a week, just to mix things up on easy days.

Great Workout!
Love this DVD! I can already feel my core getting tighter. A great total body workout. I had been doing a lot of Jillian Michaels but got burnt out from her dvd workout style. I enjoy Lindsey Brin's enthusiasm and positive attitude. Get it!

Good workout!
I really like this video. I haven't started using the second workout, but the first is challenging. (I'm an intermediate excerciser) There is a lot of emphasis on inner thighs, but it works your whole body, including abs. It's a good, complete workout and seems to go by quickly. I'd recommend it.
