Chart is incorrect but great quality
I would have given more stars however, the size is much bigger than I expected. Plus the size chart is incorrect. Had to return.

I recommend it
Helps keep my shoes dry in 3-4 inch puddles! I plan to buy a few more so I can keep one at my work, car, and home. Much easier than carrying around my adorable, but clunky, rain boots.

hard to put it on
the material is sticky, so hard to put it on the shoes, and it's a bit thick and heavy.so I have to return.
