I said these fit large because I ordered a size too big. I read the reviews and they were very misleading. These are a thin material, so YES...if you have a lot of lumps and imperfections, these will probably show that. I have cellulite on my thighs, and very wide set hips, and while these do cling to my hips, they are loose enough in all the right places to hide the cellulite. They are super comfy and I really love them. They are not too small and they do not "squeeze" your midsection. I know everyone is shaped differently, so for reference, I wear a size 6 in jeans, but sometimes an 8. I have extra flab around my midsection from having two babies...so I'm not a stick person, as some reviews might have suggested these to be for. I ordered a large (based on reviews) but a medium would have fit much better. These do slip down on me. Photos are added for reference as well. I was not given anything for my honest review.

I am 5' 6" and 190-200 pounds. I ordered the XL size. So, I just rec'd these and immediately tried them on. I haven't worn them out of the house yet. I just love the swish on the legs; last time I had culottes I was like 7 or 8 years old and they were so cool; I loved them. I feel the same way about these! They're certainly longer than is shown on the model, they hit at my calf in front and actually hang longer in the back of the leg; interesting. These are such a lovely soft material; it feels like you're not wearing anything, or like pajamas. I had a pair of black undies on, and it was kind of dark in the house, so I can't speak to if they're see-through or not. I sure hope not! I had my husband take pics for me and I hope they're helpful. I can't wait to wear these outside and just enjoy them! I would recommend them. If I wanted them to be skin-tight I would have gotten a large, but I think the XL is perfect for my hips and butt. The lines on my butt pic I guess are from the flash on the camera; they didn't have any stains or anything. I just love these and want to get more colors!

I am thoroughly pleased with my order. I normally wear between a size 15 and 16, depending on the brand. That's an XL in USA sizes. These are loose on me with tons of room in them. I am about 35 lbs overweight - BMI of 30.3. These actually slide off my hips when I am out and about so I'd even recommend a smaller size. Going to go with a L next time.I LOVE MADE BY JOHNNY! The comfiest high-quality clothes out there. :)

I didn't think I could pull culottes off, but I think they turned out pretty cool.Body stats;5'4' 180 lbs-D braBought an XLL in top and open front sweater. Very light weight, very comfortable! Got some wedges and a tan necklace to go with.Overall, pleasantly surprised and happy with the outfit!

Based on the reviews I ordered a medium even though I wear a size small because I understood that the material is very thin and I didn't want the culottes clinging too tightly to my rear end. It worked, but only because I ordered black. I think in any of the light colors they would simply be too sheer for me. I don't think they necessarily have to be completely covered by a long shirt or jacket, but I did feel more comfortable with a top that went down to mid-butt at least. I don't own any "spanx" but I could see these being a good application. I tried numerous different underwear to avoid a pronounced panty line and ended up having to wear a thong.The material is very soft and there is no tight waistband so these things are pretty comfortable!I am 5-4" and they look longer on me than they look on the model in the picture. After all, she is probably 6' tall.

First of all I am a short size 20/22, and these....well they aren't flattering - BUT HOLY COW ARE THEY COMFORTABLE!!!I can't stop wearing them....seriously. Yard work, sleeping, running around town....anything. I may just buy me a couple of pairs to wear during Christmas time because when you are decorating, cooking, and dealing with the kiddos you need some damn comfortable clothing. I can squat in these, and bend and stretch, I could probably even do yoga.There is no elastic waist band....not like on a pair of sweats so I would probably recommend a pregnant gal give these a shot.---shut up.....you know what?...I am going wear these for a mani/pedi and I bet they will be FABULOUS!I pair these with a LuLaRoe Randy and holy.....holy cow it's a whole new standard of how clothing should make you feel good.

I love these pants. Great for large women. Very soft, generous in size. You might want to order a size smaller.They are so comfortable I ordered more. Pants that look like a skirt so I even wear to church. Put on a nice top and go anywhere!

These are the most comfortable pants!! You can dress them up or be more casual. I have them in 3 colors and I'll probably buy more. The price is good. The quality is good and they arrived quickly. Great experience overall!

So comfy! I love these so much I would like a pair in another colour! I got the olive green ones in size medium. I’m 5’5-5’6? And aprox 135-140 lbs they fit nicely ... these fit perfectly when I put them on but I find they stretch out a bit and relax as you wear them .i don’t think sizing down would be necessary also if to tight they might show bumps or lumps Ect. You could try shape wear to smooth but I feel like shape wear would defeat the comfortable feeling these have?! I haven’t washed them yet but think Delicate or hand washing cycle Would be best and hang to dry. They are Nice material, not to thin, not see through but light enough fabric for warm summer days, stretchy and soft ! I love how they feel & swish when I walk. You can dress them up A bit or down! I really like these!

Pants fit as sizing says. I got a wash and wear out of them and second wash in the seam stitching separated right at the crotch. Was quite disappointing I have to repair them after one wear. But I will say super comfortable. Nice and light for hot days.

Comfortable, will be fine for pajamas or something. I have no idea how people can say these aren't see through. Maybe darker colors are better. White though? It's practically sheer fabric. Not exaggerating. I could literally see the details in my underwear. Keeping them, since my husband will love me wearing them around the house. Damn it though...really wasn't looking for just fancier pajamas.
